Dunkin' — Restaurant in Morristown

I understand in light of crisi going on business may be overwhelmed or under staffed of workers (which is fine, as is subaru), however I was neglected to be informed no munchkins were present. I did get told until I called them directly (as I ordered through grubhub as DnD is presenting free delivery for in light of the pandemic). I was answered with someone who didn't seem to understand well. Mind you the munchkins for 25 are $6.99, and they offered 6 donuts (??? really) and I told them to call me when they'd send another person. Nevertheless the ice melted all in my drink and it was down half way when it got here I have gotten no call, and don't care at this point. I demanded a refund through grubhub which they were much nicer. I will not order from here...

Absolutely astonished how they advertise a all you can eat meat sandwich paired with a simple orange juice for $4.29. When being charged it skyrocketed to 7 something I don't remember the cents exactly. When I asked the manager why did the order increase almost 80 percent his answer quote " we don't do that deal"

The worst place I've ever bought an iced coffee, I always buy it in DD but at this branch it was a disastrous experience, I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar and I don't know what they gave me but it wasn't what I asked for, I asked and told him that I had ordered the caramel iced coffee thinking that he was probably confused and he answered me with a strong and annoyed tone "yes it is" and left.
