Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Mount Dora

After eating here twice, today I decided to order online when going in to pick up my order, the employees stated that they were closed when their website clearly says 10. After 20 mins of the employees deliberating with their rude co-owner ( Micheal) he directed them to make the food after the employees had already cleaned up and shut everything down. I asked to speak with him and he had the most terrible customer service, as a server I know how it feels to have a manager that doesn’t appreciate nor handle situations appropriately, the co-owner tried to explain that he could do nothing to help me after me telling him that I wasn’t not leaving without a refund confirmation or a refund he hung up, I stayed here for about 45 mins waiting on the refund confirmation , this is the worst service I have ever received. Well folks all I can tell you is that I placed an order with Charley’s and it was all wrong. I placed it on line and used Uber eats for delivery. I was over charged and half of the order was not included in the bag. It was a buy one get one free deal and both sandwiches were ordered exactly the same I was charged 5 Moore than he menu price. I called Charley’s and spoke to a very polite employee, Adam. They gave me a sample of their California Chicken Philly, and I was hooked. Came back the next day to grab one of those sandwiches, Large, because I’m a man and we eat LARGE subs. This thing did not disappoint. It was hot and juicy (No Diddy), and the ranch dressing complimented it perfectly. And don’t get me started with the Cajun seasoned fries! These fries are so good, they would bring Gordon Ramsay to his knees (Again, No Diddy). Overall this is the best place to get your cheesesteak fix in town.
