Crumbl Cookies took my family on an unforgettable and scrumptious journey that we simply couldn't resist! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked cookies, and we knew we were in for a treat.
We even got a bonus of 2 free cookies from the kind staff.. as we reached the Mountain View location before they officially opened (due to a mistaken info on Google)
Anyway, what sets Crumbl Cookies apart is their unique business model of introducing new flavors every week. It's like embarking on a flavor adventure every time we visit! The anticipation of discovering what delightful creations await us adds an extra element of excitement to the experience. My daughter eagerly waits for a Sunday to see the next week’s treasure!
The selection of flavors at Crumbl Cookies is simply extraordinary. From classic favorites to innovative combinations, there is something to satisfy every palate. It’s hard to resist trying them all.. but we are able to get the most out of our selection.

Read moreIF YOU HAVE PEANUT ALLERGIES, BE SURE THE COOKIE YOU PURCHASE IS NOT MADE WITH PEANUT BUTTER AS THEY MAY FAIL TO LIST COMMON ALLERGENS.
I visited this store 9/22/23 for the first time, and got their 6 cookie box. My 4 year old daughter has a peanut allergy, and one of their flavors (Monster) is made with peanut butter.
IT IS NOT LISTED ON THE PICTURE MENU THAT THERE ARE PEANUTS IN THE COOKIES.
After a stressful evening and subsequent expelling of her stomach contents, my daughter was fortunately fine. After speaking with the owner of the store, she has forwarded my information to corporate, but as of the time of this writing (10/4/23) there has been NO contact from corporate office.
I personally find it to be gross negligence that a chain establishment would not clearly list that the MOST COMMON ALLERGEN is in their products. We are fortunate that our situation did not necessitate a hospitalization, otherwise I would be seeking out legal compensation for failure to warn. But Crumbl. You can do better than this. Be better please.
From a concerned mother.
ETA : I have spoken with crumbl Corp Nov 2nd through their chat. They have offered for my experience a set of 6 cookies for my trouble. $25 for one of the most terrifying nights of my life. I have also tried to email their CEO and have received no response. This is not a company I will...
Read moreIf you’ve got a sweet tooth and a love for soft, thick cookies, Crumbl is basically dessert heaven. The first thing you notice when you walk in is that warm, sugary bakery smell—and then you're hit with the weekly rotating menu. It’s genius and frustrating at the same time (because sometimes your favorite cookie disappears the next week!).
I tried four flavors this week: Chocolate Chip, Strawberry Shortcake, Peanut Butter Munch, and Churro.
Chocolate Chip: The OG. It’s massive, warm, gooey in the center with those melty semi-sweet chips. It’s a classic for a reason. Strawberry Shortcake: A surprise favorite. Light, fluffy cookie base with real strawberry and a creamy frosting that wasn’t too overpowering. Peanut Butter Munch: Super rich, peanut buttery, and had that perfect crunch on top. This one felt indulgent in the best way. Churro: Soft, buttery, cinnamon-sugar coated goodness. Almost like a snickerdoodle but warmer and more decadent.
The cookies are definitely on the sweeter side, so I usually split one with someone or save half for later. Prices are a little steep, but you're paying for size and that fresh-baked quality.
Verdict: Worth the hype—especially if you're into soft-baked, gourmet-style cookies. Just be ready for...
