I have been ordering from this Dominos for years and I have had issues that were resolved in the past and due to customer service I was always willing to just let little things go but yesterday even the customer service was lacking by both, delivery driver and shift manager and because of this I had to drive down in person to talk with the manager who was way more comprehending and very pleasant to talk with unlike the rude obnoxious shift manager who handled my complaint by phone! The manager was very apologetic and kept offering me something for my troubles to which I politely refused and stated that he had already given me what I wanted and that was him listening to me and being willing to better train his employees on how to defuse tough situations instead of making them worse as well as teach them the importance of treating their customers with respect being that we are the ones who actually pay their checks in the long run. I went there personally to inform them that I would be giving them one more chance. Keep in mind that I still tipped the rude driver and paid total 60.00 and didn't even eat anything because of how rudely I was treated by both shift manager and driver! My husband however ate 2 slices and didn't finish the 2nd because he said he upset his stomach! I don't mind sacrificing quality of food if there's excellent service but I shouldn't and won't sacrifice service and quality! I honestly hope they get it together because if I am ever treated in such manner again I don't plan on sitting back with my arms crossed and will do whatever needs to be done to reach someone very high up in the ladder! THUMBS DOWN: Wasn't able to order on the web (kept getting error messages) Ordering on the app was a pain; inefficient, multiple pesterings for donations (read: corporate tax write-offs) When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, I was required to sign the bill with -- shocker -- a spot to tip. First time I can ever recall having to sign for a food pickup and it's obnoxiously obvious why they do this.
Look, I dealt with your unusable web site, downloaded and muddled through your crappy app, and then drove to pick up the pizza, Dominos; you should be tipping ME.
Was torn between 3 and 4 stars, but since the pizzas were good but not amazing and the process of getting them was really annoying, I'm goin' with 3.
THUMBS DOWN: One of the toppings selectable on the web site wasn't available at the pickup location, which I only learned about after ordering and paying The tracker didn't work (didn't text me that pizza was ready to pick up) PIzza tasted really lousy. I requested extra sauce, but the only reason I know that this happened was because the pizza was terribly soggy and falling apart, not crisp in the least. Ironically, this was the "Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce"... which was not robust, definitely not inspired, and didn't seem very tomato'y.
Not ordering Dominos again in the foreseeable future. Threw out most of the pizza; not worth it even...

This man was newvi guess ,he said he couldn't find my order . Ok I do make mistakes sometime ... So I checked my phone and yes I had ordered at the wrong location. So I told this guy I wanted that order here not 20 miles away. So let's all think ...what actions could a good employee take to provide excellent service. . Yes, call other location,cancel the order and ask if I wanted to make any changes and if not her just transfer the order to that store.well he didn't do any of those things, he did nothing but say I'd have to drive the 20 miles to get it. Not!!! So then I told him I wanted the order placed there he added it up and came to a price much higher than it should have been.
