Horrible business ethics. Upon upgrading an order size of the spring rolls I noticed that we were over paying. Of course online they do not tell you how many come in the order, but based on the math of what the base order is, I reasoned this would be an order of 10. So receiving only 8 rolls for over $10 when an order of two is less than $2 made NO sense. I pointed this out to the manager who insisted she could do nothing about the CLEAR overcharge in pricing. A person with a conscious and GOOD customer service priority would say, “I can't change the price but I can GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR." Nope. Instead I was talked over and shooed away to corporate....CORPORATE...over 2 rolls they clearly were not giving customers. I was given a wrong "24/7" number but thanks to Google I got in touch with the right people. Imagine my amusement when CORPORATE, the "monster" that MAKES them over charge for food, told me that the large order comes with T W E L V E rolls. 12! This MANAGER didn't even want to give us the 10 that mathematically made sense. Corporate was more than happy to call and educate this MANAGER about the CORRECT portion for the price. I was told to go get the REST of my order. Now as pathetic as this story already is, we go pick up the food they were witholding. Do you think there was ANY "for your inconveniences/my ignorance/ scam/mistake type of gesture? Do you think these people said "you shouldn't have had to go through a that for your food, nor make 2 trips for ONE order, here's something for your trouble!"?
NO. They put 4 petty rolls in a bag and that was it. NO HUMILITY. My husband asked her if they have it together as far as how they will handle this order in the future and she claims her regional manager told her it is still 8. When I originally wanted my money back this Regional manager had NOTHING TO SAY. Didn't answer or return my calls and the store manager claimed CORPORATE sets the price and menu, which must be a lie since corporate says the order is 4 more than they are giving customers. Yet when corporate CORRECTED them on this deviation from protocol, now suddenly what the regional manager "says" is what goes. So look for this location to keep having customers over pay for food. We called other locations and this is the ONLY ONE scamming customers out of food, yet the "regional" manager is telling this one location to serve less food?! EVERYONE ELSE KNEW THE CORRECT PORTION. She just shrugged her shoulders. I will never give this place...
Read moreUse to like going to this place, until this day. So I was with my family, ordered our food and paid the cashier. I waited to receive my change and that's all he gave me. I looked down and on the front of the cash register they have a sign that states the following (see pic below) so I'm not all demanding about it. I'm with a smile and ask the cashier hey question, hm I see that I didnt recieve my receipt and I saw the signs about it. All he did was look at me and sai"let me get the manager" ok cool I said. I'm now happy cuz I might be getting a free meal. So you know fingers crossed. Manager takes forever to come so I go sit down and eat my meal with my family, manager finally shows up and asks me what we order so we tell him and he goes thru a bunch of receipts in his hand and finds that we didnt get a copy of ours. So he goes back and takes forever again. This time didnt come out, but sent one of his employees and just says or does nothing. So at this point I'm like what ever it's all good, let me just ask them one question. So I go over ask the cashier so then the sign you guys have here in front, very clear for everyone to see it's just for show huh. He tells me let me go talk to the manager. Cashier comes back and says "oh the manager is gonna print you a copy of your receipt! Lol I was like it's all good man. I just wanted to see if PANDA EXPRESS KEEPS ITS PROMISE. I see that now that they dont. It's not this location.. it's the one in SAM RIDLEY PARK...
Read morei ordered my food on the app (2:10pm) so it could be ready before i went on my 30 min lunch break before i left i got a text message saying my food was ready (2:30) so i went to go pick it up. when i arrived i went to the pickup counter where i stood waiting for the cashier to finish everyone in the food line (even tho there were breaks in between guest where he could have asked for names) then when i was asked for the name i gave it to him and he walked away didn’t hear anything about the food being cook nothing so i continued to wait for my food. other guest were getting checked on and i stood invisible i had to find out we were all waiting on the chicken by a guest who was told by another employee so i was waiting for 20 mins now and they start getting everyone’s orders as he handles a lady food he says my name and looks at me confused when i said hey that’s my order i felt invisible and i felt that the customer service was horrific i work in retail and i understand when there’s waiting or situations but keep your guest informed and pay attention i probably won’t ever come back this location and will definitely not recommend it due to the lack of...
