My family and I was on vacation at Myrtle Beach and my finance and I wanted a coffee as we headed towards the boardwalk we saw this Starbucks omg I have never in my life had such bad service. I waited 15 minutes to get two drinks. Then they didnât have the right size lids so they had to use different cups but what they were doing was writing ours name on the size cup we wanted but having to use a bigger cup because thatâs all they had lids for so when they handed out the drinks nobody knew what was what. The employees were super rude when we asked questions about the drinks. When we told them we have been waiting for 15 minutes and people who came in after us already had their drinks before us they got mad and yelled at us. My finance walked out and I went to get our money back and they wouldnât even give us our money back because they said our drinks had been made I will never go back to any Starbucks thanks to the one in Myrtle Beach they obviously donât know anything about making coffee or how to handle customers. Baristas are working their butts off but order of operations is absolutely terrible. My second drink wasnât even up to be prepared because mobile stickers were on cups and seemed to take priority. I asked for a status update on my iced drink and the manager said the drinks were coming from two different areas. I told him my wifeâs hot drink would be cold and that I had already been waiting over 30 minutes. He took all the stickers off the cups that the barista prepared and put mine first calling out âsorry I had to do that but we need to put JENNIFER FIRSTâ which was seriously embarrassing. I wish I couldâve apologized to the girl standing at the end making the drinks. They need a different system. We would not go back unless we had a mobile order placed and alter humiliating me I would hesitate to go...
