i needed to get water because my throat was dry & i couldnt stop coughing. I walked into this business looking for a drink, as I entered I informed the first employee closest to the entrance that I am deaf & I needed to buy water. He gestured to the end of the store where you can see a refridgerator with drinks. I thanked him & walked down the store, as i reached to open the fridge another different employee swiftly & aggressively slammed the fridge door shut then started shouting at me. I didn't realize customers were supposed to pay first before retrieving their drinks especially since there is a hinge counter that was let down & looked like it would been fine to grab on my own & bring up to the counter especially since the first employee told me to go down there. I did not feel comfortable right after this experience & I did not feel welcome anymore. Everything happened very fast I did not catch the employee name since I wanted to leave right after that whole experience. I understand this is not a universal problem & Im sure if you are a hearing customer you will be alright, however I feel the staff need some training on customer service for when working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers (& possibly for another other customers with different disabilities). I will not be...
Read moreToday Monday, July 7th We walked in here excited to try some of the menu items. We were disappointed upon entering. Out of 7 only 2 actually wanted to get something. We ordered the fruit rolled ice cream rolls. The young kid helping us had to be told what to do as in being told tell them where to go ordered. Take their order and what they want. He seemed like he didn’t want to because he was mumbling something to the order gentleman. It took him a while to rolled up 2 orders. While making our order he had to pull up his pants which is not clean. They should know they are handling food you should have proper attire not have you boxers out and then be pulling up your pants and still have your boxers exposed, why even. My son wanted to order a slushy, he went to the counter. The girl their said oh it’s not ready, he turns around and then she said, “wait wait I do have it , I’m joking.” My son said I don’t want it anymore. Just the whole experience wasn’t pleasant. There were two young ladies and 2 young men. The two older ones were more courteous then the other two to be honest. I doubt we will be...
Read moreMy family and I went to get ice cream in the afternoon on Saturday. The guys that were serving were so rude. Well I thought it was probably just those Guys and decided to take my kids there again the next day. That next day we found a group of women. I don’t know if this is how they have planned to run that place, but not, they were so rude as well. There was a couple of women coming in with there kids, the women working in the store did not even direct them. A friend I was with started directing people to were the line was. The women was not nice to the customers. Yelling and screaming at them. My kids loved their ice cream but I will never take them there because of the horrible customer service. A smile doesn’t cost a thing, but goes a long way to show you care about your customers and the service being offered. I would suggest if the people working in this place both men and women don’t like their job, they should quit and find something better to do. They are all a bunch of miserable people and try to bring their misery to...
