My husband and I visited your place on Friday April 1, we went inside to eat. We had plans to get to a softball game over at the Stadium. We were told at the counter by a woman, that she'd be right over. Ten minutes later I asked two male workers " Can we get waited on?" The one answered that they were busy waiting on the cars in the drive thru. My husband said, " well we've been here before the last 20 cars." One of the male workers came over to the register and said what do you want? ( really...it's sorry can I take your order). We recieved our food in a timely manner and went to sit by the window. One of the workers had their two daughters there, they were going in and out of the back work space and then walking around the inside of the restraunt drinking soda's. Then a young lady came in and was talking to a person behind the counter. Another woman came out into the eating area. ( we believed her to be a manager) her and this young lady( an employee or former employee) started having an argument. The young lady was trying to explain something about work.( we believe she had gotten fired) Then they young lady who was upset went to her car. A few minutes later the ( manager) came back out with a cell phone talking to someone how this young lady came in there and she was going to be screwed for help on Sunday and someone needs to do something about it. ( all of this should have been handled in the office and not in front of customers) Then the young lady who has been sitting in her car was so upset that she was in a hurry to back up and backed up into our car damaging the left front bumper. We were an hour late to the game. We will NEVER eat it this restraunt ever again. The employees have no manners The employees and or managers, don't know how to handle situations in private and not entertain the customers with disgruntled employees. The manager is a piece of work and needs to be replaced for all her actions. We can't believe what we were seeing and hearing on a nice night out only to have it ruined! You get no...
Read moreThis is my second time at this Wendy’s this week. As you can see from my photo the drive-through line is literally wrapped around the corner. I would not even be sitting here if it weren’t for special requests from other family members who really want Wendy’s. The first time I came here was a couple of days ago and it was after midnight I waited at least 45 minutes in the drive-through line. However, I don’t understand why I waited so long considering the fact that I placed a pretty large order totaling close to $50 myself and after I placed my order I was on my way home within a few minutes. I’m pretty sure most of the people that were in line ahead of me during the 45 minutes I waited prior to placing my order probably didn’t have orders as large as mine so it was befuddling to me why I had to sit in line so long only to have the entire process go into hyper speed after I placed my large order.
Now, because of a family member’s special request for Wendy’s AGAIN, I am begrudgingly sitting in a drive-through line that was so far wrapped around the corner I was just practically hanging out in the street and a car honked at me when I first pulled up. It is shortly after 10 PM and I am hating this entire experience. For the love of hollyhocks, Wendy’s needs to get it together out here! This is redunKulous!
**I am generously giving them two stars instead of one because the food was decent the first time so (fingers crossed) when my family members are able to eat the food hopefully sometime this month I hope it’s edible.
**UPDATE: I have been sitting in line for 50 minutes and finally placed my order. I am now listening to a poor baby cry in the car ahead of me while the mom keeps saying “Shut up! Shut up!”
This is what nightmares...
Read moreI made a mobile order because my wife said the last time she went here, she waited 40 minutes for the process to get her food. The ordering process was simple and at the end, I was instructed to go inside to the counter and get the order. At the specified time, I went to the door closest to the parking lot, which had a sign showing dining room hours during the time I arrived. The door was locked. I went to the front door, same result. I called the store and let it ring off the hook, no answer. As a last resort since I already paid for my wife's burger, I went to the drive-thru and waited maybe 10 minutes (I did not time it). At the speaker, I told the order-taker I ordered the meal via a mobile order, gave my last name, and was instructed to pick it up at the counter. She could not find my order; it was under my first name. She told me only drive-thru. Upset, I told her the instructions were wrong and needed to be changed. She told to put in an application. This angered me more. By the time I got to the window, I cooled off and asked about the signs on the door. They told me the dining room was open earlier, but now they had only 3 people working. I suggest to Wendy's, not to offer mobile pickup at the counter with Google and then later inform you to enter the drive-thru. It defeats the purpose of pickup. I do not recommend using the mobile pickup feature at this location, but I DO recommend this Wendy's location because the 10th Ave location is closed for renovation now. Sorry for the...
