Ordered the Carolina Omlette , with home fries . It was ok in flavor , seems a tad small to normal in size .Toast was ok, home fries not great . Girlfriend ordered the Carolina special which was pancakes , eggs and bacon . Pancakes were ok very thick and heavy. Bacon was a joke . 2 others in our group ordered pecan pancakes w side of bacon and hash browns . Server was funny and talkative but she never came back to check on us after dropping our food , wanted a coffee refill it took over 15 minutes to get either . Girlfriend eggs were runny we asked for medium w no runny whites we got over easy. All the food was average to below in flavor and quantity . Bacon was smallest size I’ve ever seen 2 tiny broken strips (see pic) . Again by the time she came back everyone else was done . Not sure if she was overworked she was attentive when she was here , it was getting her to our table that was the issue. Definitely not coming back on our stay . Edit , we found out they were 3 ppl short the day we came so I don’t want to be too hard on our server she was nice and attentive . The food there is not great. Very wierd gummy texture to both the hash browns and home fries .

Stopped here as last resort after family being exhausted of trying to locate parking avoid or extremely longggg lines. Saw this locations parking lot partially filled (why?) …. walking in the door there is a curious smell? maybe old building/ with old building odor? The wait time was so so (maybe short staff)… everyone had the French toast definitely the best “small portions” in the state - it was.good - all of the food the family had was good. Only food complaint was small portions…the wait staff were very friendly and attended our needs …..wife just mentioned the sausage need to be cooked a bit longer. Overall satisfied return visit only if normal breakfast spot is unavailable (would recommend sitting in far left of restaurant)… wonder if the smell is probably just the urinal in the men’s room slightly leaking (or guys lousy aim) drenching the floor then being tracked onto the lobby carpet?

Warm greeting, immediate seating, and super-sweet tea. The seats were a bit worse for wear, with rips and lumps on the benches, but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the waitresses were hustling. The coffee is good and the pancakes are fluffy, light, crispy, and heavenly. The eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked and delectable. One caveat: avoid the "home fries". I don't know what they were supposed to be, but they were scabrous, undercooked, and not at all appetizing. They were soggy and mushy and not even hot. Spring for the add-on fee for hash browns. Luckily, the Benedict was sufficient to fill my belly, so I wasn't too sad about the potatoes. If you want to hit one of the 4000 pancake places in Myrtle Beach, I recommend this one.

My sister and I came here to eat breakfast before the beach and when we walked in it took a few minutes to get someone up front to seat us, they didn’t appear to be very busy for there were a lot of open tables and booths. Once we got seated the lady took out drink orders. As we sat and chatted for a bit she finally came back with drinks and took our order. We chatted some more and then we noticed a large group behind us had placed their order, ate paid and left along with another couple who came in placed their order ate and left before we finally decided to get up and ask about our food. They told us the kitchen printer ran out of paper. Then the young man working brought us our food and apologized (he was very nice) but we weren’t his table. We never saw our waitress again till we paid. She then tried to charge me extra for something I didn’t even order. I was very disappointed in the entire experience. I told her she forgot us and she said nothing. I hope you get better service if you decide on...

Old building. Old decor and seats. Smelled like a basement or something weird. The food was actually good. And our waitress was ok on service but, she kept making comments about what I ordered compared to my husband. She kept saying your going to eat all that miss. By yourself. I let it go although embarrassed. As we were being served our food i was asked by that lady, if i was making my own buffet. I had 2 scrambled eggs, 3 bacon, hashbrowns, and ordered some biscuits n gravy for my husband and I to share. He ordered 2 eggs over easy, hashbrowns, and sausage with white toast. After we finished the waitress came over said we'll you did eat it all. My husband said mam we split this. She said oh ok I was wondering. Like wth is it any of her business if I eat it all or not. I was pretty upset when I left. She had alot of nerve. I should've busted her cocky old mouth. Needless to say I'll never go here again. I'll bet its closed within the year if they talk to...
