Myrtle Beach Riptides — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

My husband an I frequent this place once a week. Never again. I took him here for his 35th bday. I was so embarrassed. We had family from out of town. We waited for 1.5hrs. He requested 3rd floor as always. They called us an sat us on 2nd floor. I told them that's not right totally different atmosphere. He always requests 3rd floor. The host argued with me and said we would have to re-enter our name an wait another 1.5hrs. For 11 people! Thats $500. I asked for a manager an he said that was correct... are you kidding me? I won't be back. What a joke. Horrible management....

We have came to riptides several times and yesterday was the worst experience we have had. Our other trips the food and service was fantastic. This time the food was not to their normal standard. I expected and have received better from here before. Management needs to make corrections quickly before it becomes the normal. And please turn the music down so we can hear the people talk at our table. This...

Been by this place many years and never stopped till a co worker suggested it. It was beautiful the Ambience was spectacular. The food was amazing! The service was great.
