I had the chicken schwarma bowl. It came out and looked amazing and I had very high hopes. Everything looked fresh and beautiful. Unfortunately I could only eat half of the bowl because the rice mixture and the schwarma were incredibly salty. I paid $25 for food that I couldn’t eat. When the staff asked how it was I told them it was too salty and inedible. (Husband also agreed it was very salty). Instead of being concerned that the food was inedible they kept trying to say it was the spices they marinate the meat in or that it was the feta cheese. The salmon poke bowl is very good, however we also sell healthy food and poke bowls in Miami Beach and I would like to suggest that you serve the same amount but in a slightly larger bowl so that the customer can mix the multiple ingredients and avoid eating them for unmixed parts, since in this way it is not possible to extract all the power and flavor that is enhanced when the pleasant ingredients are completely mixed.
