afro XYZ — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I was picking up an order for a third party for a mutual custom. I was unable to figure out how to use their system to unlock the lockers of which the order was in. As instructed on the App to pick up the food at the counter.. with no further instructions. I called the company with the number provided on the app. When the person answered the phone I informed them I'm there to pickup an order and they attempted to explain but I was not understanding how. I asked them to come out and help me and that was a battle just to get them to come out. They asked is this the first time I have picked up their and I said yes this is why I'm calling to get help. This person came out and asked who are they talking to as they look at me. Then proceeded to tell me to drop my attitude and stop making a scene. I told them I don't have an attitude and I'm not making a scene I'm just asking you to help me. They continue berating me in front of other customers and not showing me how to work there technology. I attempted to leave and cancel the order because I was embarrassed and it became to complicated for a $4.00 delivery. I was so distraught by this persons behavior and their representation of this company I turned off the delivery for the rest of the night. I personally work for financial institution that implements new technology all the time and it's our responsibility as employees to educate and help our customers to use our product. This person cannot be an owner of this company and should be coached for desclation and customer service. Although I'm confident they have delicious food I for one will not order from this place because this person left me with a foul taste. SMH.
