Krystal — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

This is honestly the worst place I came to eat it’s disgusting in the restaurant and the employees need training when dealing with customers they had us setting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and then said they were not serving because of inspection and no one came on the intercom to tell us or no one came outside to tell us and the employees were rude standing in the window laughing at us and shooting us middle fingers and times before that the food had black curly spring looking hair all in it and I have even seen bugs crawling in the inside of the restaurant there’s other Krystal’s that have well trained and respectful employees that don’t walk around with clothes hanging off their back side and shirt untucked and a mile to big they come in and out don’t wash their hands just completely everything nasty and very unprofessional attitude and behavior and I will definitely be sure to have inspections coming out the blue and make sure changes come to this place so a honest opinion I would not waste my time eating in this place because it’s nasty and has very nasty food and employees and even the managers need professional training because they are just as bad as the people they are over and that’s why the rest of the team is the way they are because managers don’t know how to run a...

Well, the cashier was friendly, but when i pulled forward to collect my order at the next window, i sat there over 4 minutes waiting and watching the guy put together the little krystals, add the cheese, etc. I saw him put the mayo on mine when i first pulled up, but he continued on his task until someone pulled up behind me. He then snatched the bag up and walked out of site for a few seconds then handed it to me while rolling his eyes, not even a word. Ok, well I have a long drive, in traffic ahead so i say thank you and pull off. Because of this attitude and him going out of sight, i chose not to eat the order. When i arrived at work, i opened the bag to add some other trash from my car, and noticed it was not even my order, as there was mustard sloppily dripping out on one of the krystals burgers, and I only ordered 2 and there were 3- so it wasnt even MY order, but i couldnt have eaten it anyway with all that mustard on it. I ordered mayo only. I pulled up at Krystal’s tried to order my food I asked for 10 wings the dude on the headset was like nope . So finally i got to order 10 wings extra crispy . My wings wasn’t cooked twice like I asked , but on another note I GAVE THE MANAGER $26.05 MY TOTAL WAS $16.05 . He going try to tell me I gave him exact change . Then tried to give me $5 and I was like where the rest of my money at . Then going say he had to count his drawer down . Some young dude came outside and said I couldn’t get my change until the big boss came from her house . I said okay I will wait . 30 Mins pass by they still taking orders and not trying to give me my money until they seen I wasn’t leaving without my money . The young dude said it’s only $10 . I said I don’t care it’s mine and I want if it’s nothing to you then dig in your pockets and give me my money .
