Read moreCame to this location around 2:00 on a Friday, there was a small line but nothing crazy. I put in my order for nuggets, fries, and a shake and got my shake immediately. When they asked my name for the order, I told them âHaley.â The cashier responded back, âKaylee?â (This is a very common mistake Iâm used to), so I said âNo, Haley, with an H,â to which she replied, âI donât know how to spell that, but theyâll figure it out.â ...ok. So I waited for a while, and noticed the manager scrolling through old order on the screen. A few peopleâs orders seemed to have been forgotten about, mine included, however they didnât notice. I was trying to be patient, despite people who ordered after me getting their food first. The employees seemed too busy to be bothered, and I was unable to get their attention to ask about my meal. I even finished my shake before anyone checked on me again (the shake was delicious and literally the only good thing about my visit). After waiting 25 minutes, they noticed I was the only person waiting on food with no orders currently being waited on according to their screen. So the manager started scrolling through the screen again. He asked if I was Callie, and I told him âNo, my name is Haley, I had an 8 pc meal.â He has someone gather up fries and nuggets for me (Note: this location is grab and go, so the food is waiting already. It reminded me of the Chick-fil-A that was at my college campus, but with slower, less friendly, completely inattentive service). So once my meal was made, the girl behind the counter yells, âOrder for Callie!â âŠI guess thatâs my name now. I would have preferred to just be given a ticket number since they obviously donât care what your name actually is. Nobody apologized for the long wait or confusion with my order. The food is lower quality compared to other Chick-fil-Aâs since itâs grab and go/catering. The nuggets and fries were cold and soggy. Overall, a very terrible experience and a...
Read moreOrdered breakfast, this location doesnât have a drive through and I normally do the curbside pick up but for some reason it was not an option today. I get out of my car and I see a lot of people like standing with there phones so I walked up there. I talk to the employee and said hi I have a mobile order I placed on the app, she went and checked and said itâs almost ready itâll be out soon, i basically waited for 30 minutes before I left, everytime she saw me she said it will be out soon. As I was leaving I called the store to ask them to cancel my order because I had to leave. The lady on the phone was rude and was like you had to come in the store to pick it up. Mind you I was not aware that there was a different side (i literally only ever do curbside and I saw the open door in the back surrounded by other customers) that with the fact that I talked to an employee and she kept reassuring me that my food would be out soon. If I was told about the other side I would not have waited 30 minutes for food. She basically blamed me saying itâs my fault for not coming around even though I told her that I talked to someone multiple times. She was just basically rude and this was overall just an...
