Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Alrighty, just a quick update on this place I suppose. I read some of the previous reviews before leaving this. Seems like this place has had its fair share of ups and downs. Its in a down currently. I have been giving this place a shot over the last couple of weeks because it is within walking distance of my apartment. More often than not they are short staffed. And you know this because everyone talks about it behind the counter very loudly. All of their personal goings on are always the centerpiece of their conversation. Today I went and only one guy was working. Line was backed up to the door. Several people walked out in the waiting process. This has happened every time i have been in. I guess whatever this bright spot was in this person, Tracy, she's gone now. I couldn't exactly over hear why she's gone, but one of the employees told another one of the customers that she was fired. Unfortunately, this place is just not worth the trouble even though it's in an extremely good location. It seems like this is one of the places that needs a wholesale swap from the mid top management level down. But the poor guy in there by himself today, bless his heart and all of that, is covered in tattoos only has a few teeth and is jawwing like he just freshly hit the pipe. And he was doing his best, but he was by himself and completely overwhelmed. This place needs some help for existing in the bottom of an apartment complex. That is basically a gimme...

I wish we had read the reviews before ordering. We ordered $100 worth of food and the manager and employee were very rude about everything. First our half drinks were made wrong and when I asked about it the employee without even listening denied saying it's not her fault. The manager comes and without even looking at hyped and says I am not giving you refund. I never even talked about refund just about me getting wrong drinks.

While waiting we ordered another 6 sandwiches and manager again rudely says I can't make it you need to cancel the order. He's like it's between you and app to cancel I don't know how to do it not my problem. Basically me spending money there and they didn't want it. Also the latte we got were just half filled too.

I would seriously tell the owner of this store to give their employees training and customer...

Really poor customer service here today. I usually come in every day and customer service is 50/50. Let me tell you a story about today. 6AM. The kind folks in front of me had a large order (4 boxes of Joe, three dozen donuts, a few dozen donut holes). No big deal, right? Well instead of just continuing to take orders the lady that was the manager on duty shut the whole operation down to fill these Box of Joe orders, even pulling the other employee to the Box of Joe orders to have him fill the cream/sugar/cup portion. Waited 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement... and I was the only other customer in the store. All I wanted was a coffee. Had to leave to go to work without a coffee.

Suggestion: When a Box of Joe order comes in, get to work on the order, but continue to fill the other orders while the Box of Joe people...
