Traveling to this amazing city. Me and my wife love all you can eat sushi ala carte so we decided to walk here. Town is lovely location is good. We arrived and was immediately sitted took around 5 minute for server to greet the table which is fine. Ordered the vegetable tempura, takoyaki, and some sushi. Food came out under 10 minutes. Sushi was fresh and takoyaki was the best part about our experience. Started good for a 5 star review however this is where the good part ends. Ordered our entrees got some sushi, i had the cirashi tako was to chewy and overcook. My wife had vegetable udon the food came our under 10 minutes so still amazing. However the udon was yaki style or stir fry. My wife wanted the soup vegetable udon. Server was defensive upon our request to remove the dish and have it made into soup. Server vero stated they would not make it and ask what else my wife wanted. She ended up not eating an entree due to this.the other mis step was the server never refilled waters. Me and my wife both work in hospitaility we understand the challenges and what can and cannot be done as we travel all over north america as restaurant consultants. Mistakes happened please use this as...
Read more10 out of 10!!! We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. He loves sushi! The atmosphere was beautiful! The culinary art was as pleasing to the eye as the food was to our tastebuds. There was no wait, plenty of space for us to relax comfortably and enjoy our meal. The restroom was very clean. I am a real foodie and the vegetable fried rice was the best I’ve ever had. It was everyone’s favorite and just may be my new go to. The beef fried rice was oh so delicious as well. The portions were also huge! I shared my vegetable fried rice with my entire family of four and still had plenty to pack up for later.
Our server was phenomenal! I wish I could remember her name to shout her out. Her warm demeanor and commitment to excellence was refreshing. She was very thoughtful and also brought my birthday boy a slice of tempura cheesecake for his special day which he most certainly enjoyed! My young men love a good meal just as much as I do and everyone was raving about everything from the fried calamari and jalapeño bomb to the shaggy dog roll, sushi, sashimi, and everything in between. It was our first visit but certainly not our last. We will definitely be...
Read moreI was walking down the street to find a sports bar in Nashville to watch the NHL Playoffs. As I walked past I Love Sushi, I see the game playing on large TVs above the bar. Since I was also looking for dinner, I tuned back and decided to give I love Sushi a shot. I walked in at about 8:30 PM and the place was mostly empty. It was very modern and trendy looking. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. Tyree was the bartender and he was very friendly. A few other patrons were also at the bar watching the hockey game. Never thought that a sushi joint would be a good place to watch a hockey game on TV but on that night it was. Tyree was talking to all of us at the bar and making sure our glasses stayed full. I ordered some soup and sushi, which is always risky because I am picky and not a sushi expert by any means. Luckily I chose well and the sushi was delicious. It was very fresh and presentation was nice too. I very much enjoyed my time at I love Sushi. Only down side was they closed at 9:30 and I had to go elsewhere to catch the end of the game. Thanks Tyree for making me feel very welcome and I will be sure to come by again the next time...
