I thought this was going to be a great experience. As I entered the store because the worker approached me and told me about the deals going on in the store. I thanked him and held the candy my daugher was picking out since it was her first real candy store experience. While I was checking out, my 4 year old was behind me and she lifted the lid and took one piece of candy out. She just held it. The worker came back over and stood over the top of her and said, "Give me that." My daughter had no idea what she had done wrong- he intimidated her and that isn't the way you handle a 4 YEAR OLD!! The worker was just rude as he gave me and her an annoyed look and looked at his co-worker with a look as well. (She was checking me out) Of course, I was checking out and I when I realized what had happen I went over and explained we would pay for the candy and we apologized. But no one said A WORD to me. Just kept looking at me, so I was like whatever. Paid for my candy and we talked to our daughter about the wrong she had done and she had to apologize. BUT SERIOUSLY...please DO NOT treat children like this. You work in a CANDY STORE FOR...
Read moreAngela was super nasty & rude! It really put a damper on my family’s trip to Nashville and ruined our experience. Honestly not a good experience at all. There is definitely appropriate ways to handle a situation like this but Angela’s way was not the way. We almost left without...
Read moreWell, I tried to ask about a candy box they sell and have on the front, they sell it as a Mexican candy box. I enter and ask about it since it seems interesting and I wanted one. But as soon as I asked about the box the person in the counter immediately make a "face" about it and start saying she didn't know anything about it. And that she didn't know what "those things" were, speaking in a very derogative way. Why do they sell it in first place if they are refuse by it. Not buying anymore there for sure. This was Tuesday September 6th...
