Little Chicago Pizzeria And Grill — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

MY experience WAS SOMETHING awful, sadly to say. I don't want to sob up my life story but to make my point as a single mother dealing with what me and my littles are, this meal was extremely hard to afford and meaningful to us that we were able to a have it. So we thought... We have never tried this place before and we are born and raised Chicagoans so we were excited that we potentially might have found our new pizzeria instead we found the most heartless unkind uncaring no accountability and poor poor poor management. Our order couldn't have been any simpler yes it might have been a big order each item was very instructed as to how we wanted it made a completely disregarded every request and the entire order arrived at 10:00 p.m. on the school night and now one item was correctly made. I immediately go back to my order and try to see what I can do I'm only able to contact the restaurant directly as I would think you would do not this restaurant the manager told me it's not his problem I ordered it online not by phone and I needed to go online and call their customer support surprise surprise there is no customer support and why is customer support being called they didn't mess up our order they did not disregard every instruction and request we had made. And to make things better we were never given an apology never offered for our food to be replaced so myself and children could eat all he kept telling me was call the customer service number. Another big mistake their prices are fraudulently listed it tells you one price but when you go to order it the price increases on each item three to five dollars so please be prepared for that in management told me oh well. So because me and my children are already in the toughest situation we could be in we now had to go without eating or out over $50 and I will never return and make sure that everyone knows to boycott this place because nothing they advertise is correct they should not even call their self "little Chicago" their Pizza, couldn't have been farthest from that truth what Chicago Pizza comes with no sauce what Chicago Pizza comes with hidden pepperoni and pure grease for the sauce and since when do chicken wings not have sauce instead they're sauce is made out of pure grease and butter so so sad. I don't want anyone else to go through the same things we did and be treated The Way we were you were completely disregarded as if we were nobody that didn't matter and they didn't need to eat this place should shut down or completely change management. I wish I knew how to include photos of our food and I wish I had seen the reviews that I'm currently reading I will be letting the hotel know not to recommend...

Hi, I am looking for a Chicago-style pizza and I'm in Murfreesboro and not able to get there today, however I will try it sometime this week. My five star rating is based on a couple of things, first I appreciate that the owner or manager takes time to look at the reviews and answers them accordingly, I don't know if I personally would be able to restrain myself as he or she does. I would just like to say for anybody I was going to order a Chicago-style pizza. If you order a custom Chicago style pizza and it arrives to your table in a lot less less than 30 minutes, it's going to be a lot less delicious because it's probably been sitting around and reheated. My point is that Chicago-style pizza is built in a way from scratch that it takes time to cook. For years I said New York style pizza is the best and I wouldn't hear any arguments, being from that little town called New Jersey outside of New York, I thought I knew it all as most of us do. But then I met Jeanette, a beautiful blond haired blue-eyed Pollock from Chicago who said Ricky there is no way a New York style pizza taste better than Chicago style, so we found a Chicago-style pizza and tried it and it was the best pizza I've ever had still to this day. (Side note, when I found a good New York Pizza Jeanette said she still like the Chicago better).......I just would like anybody who's skeptical to give this place a try and I Promise You, just by looking at the pictures, you will not be disappointed!!!! if I have a different opinion after I try it I will change the rating but I doubt that...

HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE! Gave me food poisoning! Wished that I had read the reviews before ordering the garbage that they delivered! This place came highly recommended by the lady at the desk when I checked into a hotel nearby. I ordered a Margarite Pizza with hand tossed crust and a piece of cheese cake. I called in the order at 10:36pm and they told me that it would arrive in 40-50 minutes later. At 11:35pm I called to see why it had not arrive. They told me it would arrive in 5 minutes. At 11:47 I called back to cancel my order and then heard a knock on the door; 1hr 11mins late. The driver apologized and he that a customer held him up waiting 50mins on the customer to take delivery. I told him that I hope that the pizza was still hot. He showed me the insulated bag. I should have looked at the pizza before I paid for it. It was on a premade frozen thin crust. It was barely warm; yuck! The crust taste like cardboard. Call back and they said that they would send me another pizza, but it was late and didn't want to wait another hour to have another one of their lousy pizzas. The pizza was basically a cheese pizza with 2 pieces of basil and a few diced tomatoes, but no garlic. I pushed the pizza aside and thought 'at least I have cheese cake... Nope it was horrible as well, so I pushed it to the side I went I got some stuff out of the vending machine. They could not pay me to eat anything from there ever again!
