Unsure of the food because I was there picking up a catering order less than an hour ago. First, I went to the kitchen to pick up the order - they directed me back to the barista who was in the middle of making orders, so I waited patiently because she was the only 1 back there. Eventually, she got around to making the catering order after 8a despite it supposing to be ready by 7:50A (it was 2 gallons of coffee + 1 latte, so I waited some more, patiently) THEN her coworker comes in, late, & wraps up the order, but not once was I apologized to for my 32min. wait, I wasn't shown/offered anything to drink while I waited, I wasn't given an ETA on when the order would be ready, etc. Poor hospitality & I won't be quick to accept another catering order from here unless it's some insanely good pay. Terrible service, never coming here on my own accord.
So, to add, directly to the owner: my 1st job was a server & my last job was a "salesperson" (@ waffle house) & to provide excuses as well as facetious & presumptuous commentary about me never having a "bad day" is exactly why I won't ever patron here. The 2 restaurant jobs I had taught me that EVERY 1 that comes through those entry doors is $ whether they're actual customers, delivery drivers, or your routine suppliers. Why? Because we, too, like to dine at places we deliver to/pick up from IF we've had or think we might have a pleasurable experience. My review wasn't "unfair" because I didn't offer potential customers any POV that was advantageous on mine or a fellow competitors' behalf. Read moreThe food is great. However, the customer service is abysmal. On two separate occasions while doordashing the item I ordered was not in stock. Rather than being willing to speak to me to substitute the order, I was told “they did not have time” to speak to me to substitute the item that was not available. A 90 second conversation to replace an item they erroneously listed as available on their website is not a big ask, but this location has made it clear that “they do not have time” for the customer.

Obviously the instruction that your staff did not have the time to talk to me came from the dasher. I would have hoped that would have been self evident based on the provided picture, but I think your condescending response in that regard is better proof of the offered customer service than any photograph I could ever provide. Totally agree! An easy win-win. Which is exactly why on the first occasion I called your business half a dozen times to try and discuss a replacement for the order…only to receive no answer. The second time, I called twice, received no answer, realized the futility of expecting even basic communication, gave up, and canceled my order. At no point in these two separate experiences did I ever receive a call from this location as you claim you try and do.

Read moreI’ve worked in the service industry, so my outlook is a bit higher than most.
First off the staff, cold and unwelcoming. It literally hurt to witness the lack of decent customer service, like really hurt. No welcome, no suggestions, no nothing. The person working the counter was more worries about being on his phone. Then seeing the waitress in house slippers, not sure if that’s allowed out here in Nashville but it’s different to see nonetheless. It’s like no one wants to be here, with that being said I’m within ear shot listening distance and I hear, “is it time for our break…?”. C’mon goto the back of house and say that.
And now the food, subpar at least. I got the $13.99 big breakfast meal and it should be half that price just for flavor. I did eat the majority of it cause I’m starving after my long flight, the sausage and the fruit bowl being the best part of the entire meal. The “eggs” bland, no consistency or flavor, almost like eating nothing. Had to drench it in hot sauce to give it some flavor. The waffles, same thing. No flavor, no density, just like eating more air.
As I’m typing this I’ve not been asked a single time how’s everything, need anythjng, absolutely no interaction whatsoever. I’ll ask for yet another refill or I won’t even bother and walk to the store by my hotel.
