This place was a disappointment on many levels. I found it online and called ahead to see if I could walk in. Ash at the front desk was nice over the phone and in person. She took my information and took me to a treatment room. From there it all went down hill. Kirsten (if that's her real name) came in and began going over my health history. I told her the only medicine I was on was Losartan for high blood pressure. She said actually that's a cholesterol medicine so you must have cholesterol issues. I stated no I've never had problems with my cholesterol. I then checked my phone to see if Losartan was sometimes used for cholesterol because I know this can be the case with some medicines. And it clearly stated that not only is it primarily used for high blood pressure but it also doesn't have any effect on your cholesterol. Kirsten then put her hand up as if not to care about what I was reading from my phone and commenced to stating her credentials as an RN/BSN/ER Nurse(which she should never be allowed 10 feet of a hospital). This business should be put out of the business. Not only did they harass me and my friends for "not paying" even though all of our payments posted to our cards, they actually double charged some people and claimed we never paid. On top of that they violated HIPAA compliance and gave information out about one of their patients to a stranger over the phone without verifying identification. Lastly, they stuck my friend in the arms and hands several times and left her battered and bruised. I cannot believe the audacity of this business and the fact that management will not call any of us back. They use the front desk staff as scape goats to relay ridiculous messages. They shouldn't trust this front desk staff anyways as they're the ones who are violated HIPAA, even confirming that we got treatment there. Morgan Shearing RN, BSN (manager of site) completely misled me as a customer into believing it wasn’t a mandatory 6 months commitment when signing up for the IV infusions -

There are sweet people that work here, and it is unfortunate that the manager denied me a “$60 non-member bag” after changing the rules of my agreement. I requested a copy of my signed agreement and was not given one (refused). It was not the service desk’s fault.

I do not recommend “IV therapy” at this location anymore due to misleading and discriminatory treatment from the manager.
