I've owned my condo at Rhythm since 2015 and I cannot say enough about how nice and well-run the building is. The rules are fair, the feedback loop is always open (and any issues/complaints are ALWAYS addressed), it has a wonderful gym and pool, and the other residents are respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Rhythm to other potential owners and renters (of which there are only a few). The property manager, Michael, has been there for a very long time and is fully integrated into the culture/feel of the building. He does a wonderful job and is always...
