I really wish Google allowed 1/2 stars, because the reality is I would probably give this interaction a 3-1/2. I’ve dined at the Goodlettsville restaurant several times and it has always been a good experience. Our catering experience was anything but good. It started out great. Owner was very flexible with our needs and had good communication prior to the order. The portions were huge…you get a lot of food for the money.

However, the problems started when the food arrived…late (although, we did get a call to let us know that it would be late). The hot food that we ordered (hot dogs, pasta, Italian beef & meatball sandwiches were cold…not warm, cold). The only warm food was the sides of chili that came with several meals. Several items were missing or wrong…including mustard for ALL the hot dogs…you know, one of the basic ingredients on a Chicago style hot dog. Once the food was re-heated the taste was good, but it’s difficult to re-heat 17 meals in a single microwave during a 1 hour staff meeting when the food arrived late.

Due to some personal issues, it took the owner a lot longer than it should have to respond to my feedback regarding the issues with our order. However, once he did respond he went above and beyond to make it right! The take out/catering location is new and some attention to detail, training and packaging changes will definitely fix the order issues so we plan to wait a while for them to work out the kinks before ordering again, but we will be...

Absolutely horrible experience…do not trust this place. I ordered online, pretty big order. I show up and they just gave me random items in the bag. No one to speak to expect a person that doesn’t speak English. He stood there just literally shrugged his shoulders and said no manager. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken and he said he gave me fries instead! I said salad, he said fries. Compete waste of money! Avoid this place!!

UPDATE…got home and half my order is missing. They replaced every missing item with fries. I feel like I’ve been robbed. I haven’t been this disappointed in a business in...

LITERALLY, PROBLEMS WITH ALL SIX ITEMS WE ORDERED Terrible experience ordering from midtown. Pizzas arrived ice cold and rock hard. Puffs also arrived wrong, paid more for sauce & cheese on top, recieved neither. Paid extra for chocolate drizzle on our two orders of pies, neither had it and both were smashed up completely in the bag. It takes A LOT for me to write a negative review, but this was just horrible... total reversal of a good experience in...
