Save your money and eat elsewhere. I can sympathize service level being poor due to understaffing and overworked conditions. But it’s the complete opposite here at this branch. There was barely a line, and there were 4 workers, whom literally do not care about what they do. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting to take my order, while there were 2 girls just chatting and ignoring me behind the counter. Until I tried to get their attention and one of them gave me a side eye, and continued chatting. Then a guy who was making the sandwiches turned around to take my order. After ordering and paid for my plain breakfast bagel, only to have a manager turned out of no where and screamed at the guy that they are out of plain bagels. And made him apologize to me instead of speaking to me directly. I chose an alternative option, took my sandwich and left. It was beyond awkward to witness the dysfunction at this branch. I even wrote to corporate with my feedback, but clearly, they probably already knew this branch is a problematic one and didn’t bother to respond. Read moreThere was this one person with glasses and goatee, older guy that was the most unfriendly welcoming host. I just wanted to ask a question about coffee options before ordering and we got greeted with a very rude "the kiosk is over there". Well yeah, we know that information thank you very much! But you didn't even give us the choice or the benefit of the doubt with a standard greeting. A simple, may i help you would have been amazing guy. No worries, we immediately moved on to Krispy Kreme just across and got us some coffee, which in the end it might have been a better option. Get your customer service together people, at the very least you should have some degree of service. You didn't even gave us that chance, and you lost our business in 3 seconds! It must be nice to think that you enjoy job security, treating people with that sort of attitude, and for what we saw we weren't the only people that got inferior treatment. After we ordered a breakfast sandwich, we stood by the counter waiting as FOUR employees chatted to each other. We were the only people waiting. After a few minutes and much difficulty trying to get someone’s attention, we asked one if we could get the sandwich cut in half. She said no, which was fine. A few minutes later, another one came over and had the audacity to ask us if, “we were waiting for something.” No, we’re just standing here for fun. After five minutes of watching them chat, they hadn’t even started on our sandwich. Even us asking for it to be cut in half didn’t ring any bells that we were waiting for an order.
