On October 18, 2024, My family and I visited Las Vegas and stayed at the Excalibur hotel. Approximately 1:30AM, My cousin and I went to Krispy Kreme for a snack, there was an AA young lady that informed us that the cashier went to the restroom and will return shortly, this lady was just watching the counter. I went and walked around while my cousin waited for the cashier to return. When I returned to the counter, my cousin was waiting for the cashier to take her order, when I approached the counter, the cashier ignored us and when we spoke to her she stated she was closed and showed us a sign that stated "we are temporarily closed". I asked her how and this place is opened 24hrs. She stated she is still on break and will close in 3 minutes, I asked her how is she still on break and working, she then stated she had 3 minutes before she closed, I asked her to take my order for a cup of coffee and a donut, she proceeded to show me the sign and stated loudly:" I SAID I WAS CLOSED, NOW GOOD NIGHT". I told her I was going to go to the security office. As I proceeded to go down stairs another family approached and she began to serve them. I was in utterly disbelief that this cashier by the name of "Sensi" whom appeared to be of Hispanic decent, refused to serve My cousin and I whom are AA. At this time I felt that we were violated of our rights due to our skin color. I then went to security to report the incident and we were given a buffet voucher for our "ordeal". I do appreciate the gesture of the manager, but this cashier need a diversity class. I do not want anyone to lose their job, but this was cashier displayed modern day racism. We gave her no reason to be rude and there was no sign anywhere stating that Krispy Kreme has a right to refuse service for any reason. I will be contacting corporate on this matter. Let's stop the...
Read moreI curious why this Krispy Kreme was rated so low because most Krispy Kreme stores are rated closer to 5 stars than 4 but then i had the disservice of ordering from there this morning. I was in town to get my prosthetic leg 🦿 repaired. I know it's a bad way to spend my birthday but I was trying to make it better by ordering some donuts for my birthday breakfast. Since I am disabled I can't walk the half a mile across the street to the store so unfortunately I had to have it delivered. First the Richard the driver refused to meet me in the hotel lobby. Then he just left the donuts and didn't tell where he left it. He only would state that he left it in a safe place so when I finally found the 36 donuts in the hallway, there were 2 donuts missing. I am sure Richard the driver didn't eat them because with his access to the donuts he certainly wouldn't steal these stale donuts. I had ordered a box of glaze and box of assorted. In the picture of assorted there was not more than anymore than 2 of any one flavor. So I knew I would only have to throw away no more than 2 strawberry which I am allergic to but there were 6 strawberry. Then there were 8 more of the glazed which i had already bought 18 of. Which I assume is why he didn't want to meet me because ager 15 dollars in tips fees on a 36 dollar order. You would have thought just the vegas heat would've earned up the donuts and soften them but no they hard, Stale and Cold. They must think that only disabled like them stale and cold or why would they advertise HOT donuts in a store window? Maybe it's to warn customers that the donuts are hot, but after my experience today that they obviously don't care about customer service or quality. So thank you for your service or...
Read moreWe were planning on buying donuts here while we were in Vegas, but a staff member made sure that didn't happen. It's a shame, donuts for five people would have made a lot of money for them, but she had to be nasty to my sister for asking for a cup of water. She walked over to the shop and asked for a cup of water and the employee rudely told her she was going to help another group that arrived after my sister first. These people saw how she was acting and told her repeatedly to serve my sister first since she got there first. She finally caved under pressure and made a cup of water, marched back over to my sister, and slammed it down in front of her. I tried repeatedly to see her name tag, but she must have seen me with my sister because every time I got close, she would quickly walk away from the shop to some other part of the food court. She was a large Hispanic girl with winged eyeliner. Extremely unprofessional and the only rude person working in Las Vegas that we encountered while...
