It took me a while to figure out how these trams work. There are two trams, and one of them (the Eastern track) only goes between Excalibur and Mandalay Bay as it has no way to stop at Luxor. The inside (Western) tram that services Luxor as well operates like this. It starts at the 1.) Northern Station, 2.) Travels South to Mandalay Bay (not stopping at the Luxor), 3.) Stops at Luxor, 4.) Stops at Excalibur outside the Royal Tower, 5.) Returns to the Northern Station.
