I am writing to share my extreme disappointment with a recent order placed from Pick Up Stix through DoorDash. On August 29, 2025, my friend and I spent $109.62 on two family platters and an additional meal at once my friend has ordered with your company several times I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, every single container was less than half full. The order came from the Excalibur location oddly since we live on the north end of the Las Vegas strip & anytime my friend orders from your company. It always comes from the Circus Circus location..
My friend submitted photos through the DoorDash app, but our claim was denied & unfortunately since he took the pictures through the app, he does not have the pictures in his physical phone. I personally still have photos of my own containers, which clearly show the inadequate portions. To make matters worse, I was so upset by the state of the food that I could not even eat what I received.
Of course there is some type of sauce or food on the lid on a few of them & I hardly complain but pure disappointment!
What makes this especially disappointing is that this was my first time trying Pick Up Stix! I had been looking forward to experiencing your food, but instead I received a meal that was both incomplete and unacceptable for the price. Spending over $100 only to receive half-filled containers is unacceptable, and the lack of resolution through DoorDash has left me with no recourse but to reach out directly.
I am therefore requesting to be reached out to since youâre 800 number doesnât work Since the voicemail box is full!
I would appreciate: A full refund for this order, or A replacement order of equal value, properly prepared...

Being in a casino I had to park in the drop off only no parking area turn on my hazards then run inside to retrieve the order. Arriving at the restaurant.The store manager was upset. I informed her that I was there to pick up an order. She said the order was going to take 3 more minutes. I said ok. But then she started staring at me as I waited. After about a good 30 seconds of her standing there staring at me I said âIâm here to pick a order for Ava Lâ again an she began to get very hostile saying â yeah I heard you, I said give me 3 minutesâ I said ok I can wait an she stood there staring at me so I asked is everything ok an she just stared some more folding her arms looking me right in my face. After about 30 seconds I asked for the store manager, she said she was the store manager so I asked for her name. She replied âthe store managerâ at that point I realized itâs been 10 minutes, the order still wasnât being prepared and the conversation was only going to get worst so I cancelled the pick up on the app and rushed back to my car âThe store managerâ was very unprofessional an picked a fight with me.    Read moreSo at first my experience wasn't great. I had ordered two of the three item lunch specials and spent over $50 to have it delivered one day to work. When I received my order five out of six of the entrees were incorrect. They also messed up on the sides I had chosen. Since it was a lot of money and I have been looking forward to eating at Pick Up Stix once again, I contacted the manager Jason. Jason made this experience amazing! He worked with me on my availability and personally delivered food to me to make up for the issue I had. Not only did he did that but he basically catered a huge amount of food to me in which I was able to share with all my co-workers. He stated that it was important for me to enjoy my meal experience and to keep me as a customer. If it wasn't for Jason and the fact that this food is amazing, I don't think I would have returned and now they have a customer for life! I love this food and always have and I'm very excited that it's back in Las Vegas again. Thank you so much Jason for making this right and keeping my love of Pick Up...
