I recently had an encounter at the Popeyes establishment located in Excalibur that I regretfully cannot recommend to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience. Despite placing a mobile order, I was met with an unfortunate refusal from the attendant to fulfill my request. The manner in which this situation unfolded not only left me deeply dissatisfied but also resulted in a significant financial loss, thus overshadowing what should have been an enjoyable day.
Regrettably, the professionalism and customer service exhibited by the staff were gravely lacking. The refusal to honor my mobile order without any clear justification was disheartening and unbecoming of a reputable establishment. It is disconcerting to encounter such an unacceptable level of service, especially when one has invested their time, effort, and trust in a brand.
As a consumer, I place a high value on seamless transactions and quality service. Unfortunately, my visit to this particular Popeyes location has undermined my confidence in the brand's ability to deliver on these fundamental expectations. This regrettable incident has left me questioning the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction and, ultimately, has cast a negative light on my overall impression of the Excalibur branch.
In light of my disappointing encounter, I strongly urge potential patrons to exercise caution and avoid this Popeyes location at all costs. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a constructive critique to the management, prompting them to reevaluate their policies and address the shortcomings in their customer service department. Until such improvements are made, I regretfully cannot endorse this establishment as a reliable choice for an enjoyable dining experience.
It is my sincere belief that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and receive the service they expect and deserve. My hope is that, moving forward, this Popeyes location will strive to rectify their shortcomings and provide the exceptional experience that customers have come to expect from the esteemed Popeyes brand.
Please note: This review is based solely on my personal experience and is not intended to discourage others from visiting different Popeyes locations or tarnish the reputation of the Popeyes...
Read moreI went to this location at 3850 Las Vegas Boulevard South inside the Excalibur Hotel to pick up 2 Postmates' orders and when I got to the counter I was greeted promptly and told that they were preparing my orders and would be ready shortly. The first order didn't take very long and was given to me, so I confirmed it on the app. The second one they said they were just waiting on fries... and then I ended up standing there another 25 minutes waiting, all the while watching customer after customer walk up in line and place orders, so by now there's a good 20 people behind me waiting for their food to be prepared. An employee then walks up to me and tells me they are refusing to make the second Postmates order, saying that they are closing soon and are not going to drop any more chicken and aren't going to make any more family meals, even though I've already been standing there 25 minutes ahead of everybody else that walked in and is getting their food. And I'm staring at two whole trays of chicken while they're telling me they can't fulfill my Postmates order. Now forcing me to have to cancel the order and not get paid at all after wasting my time. And the crazy thing is it's not that they didn't have enough chicken to go around. They should've and could've fulfilled my order way before all the other customers walked up since I had already been waiting and so had my Postmates customer. They CHOSE not to fulfill my Postmates order with the chicken that was already prepared and CHOSE to continue taking new customer's orders that walked up, and then turned around and told me they weren't going to drop any more chicken because they wanted to...

That price was wrong.. This by I guess some female who was the manager. She was very rude and dismissive to me. The cashier who took my order and the worker who gave me my food were friendly. Tried to get order for price it was posted as. Was basically told no and dismissed abruptly.. I have been in food service 45 years, customer service 39, hospitality 38. The Industry has become jaded and sad. When I started out people enjoyed their jobs and gave it the respect and effort it took. I can't say all but nowadays it's a sad state of affairs when you go places and get treated like nothing. I constantly hear COVID changed a lot of people's attitudes. My response to that is simple. My FOOT!!!!! It was going on before COVID. Now people can use that as a Excuse. Bottom Line. These businesses across the world need to wake up. Stop keeping Rude,Lazy, Incompetent employees just because you need a body. I would rather be short staffed and have ran a store and restaurant due to terminating these types of employees... That's...
