Gold Mine Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Nevada

A group of 5 of us visited this restaurant yesterday while on our girls trip to Vegas. Nancy was extremely rude. One of us brought a coffee and the change would of been 3$ bills and some coins. She only received the coins and was not give the cash. She was going to leave the tip anyway. When we went to see what happen Nancy said she have give her the 3$ but we all witnessed that she did not Nancy looked and said “it’s only 3$ I don’t see what the problem is I’ll give you 3$”. Each one of us was either missing something that we order or it was not correct. Nancy has an attitude and was unprofessional and it was just an overall bad experience. My pretzel bites were extremely salty and my pizza was just thrown in the box I ordered two slices they were both facing each...

Went twice and waited more than 15 minutes just to get a beer. we would have sat at the bar the second time for better service but space was limited. First time I got the BLT and my friend , the Club sandwich. Both were pretty good but not great. Service was friendly but very slow for no apparent reason. (especially drinks) The next night we went again only because we were on foot and it wasn't much else available. We settled on sharing a peperoni pizza. It was edible, but that's as far as I'm going. I've had better frozen pizza and I suspect that's exactly what we got considering this is not a Pizzeria but more of a burger and fries joint.

I recently visited Gold Mine Bar & Grill and had a great experience overall. The staff was very inviting and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant was also very clean, which is always a plus. The food itself was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from.

The only complaint I have is the portions you get. While the food tasted great, I felt that the portion sizes were a bit on the small side for the price. This was a minor issue, however, and didn't detract from the overall quality of the experience.
