I have spoken many times with the manager of this location due to curbside issues. On at least 3 instances now, we have placed curbside orders and not once has the order been ready. The time before this very instance the order was an hour delayed. I had to go in to physically get the curbside order and he proceeded to make all the walk in orders before taking care of ours, no apologies or anything. I phoned the manager, and all she said was "we are short staffed". We decided to order again, and never again after this instance on 8/9/2024. My father placed a curbside order, with all the pickup information being my husband's, from the vehicle, to his name, as my father had just had surgery. When he got to the store, my husband gave his name, as his information was listed when my father placed the order. He was told the order was not ready. Eventually he walked out with an order that was not ours. He was not told what was ordered, so obviously had no idea what he should be receiving. At the time he was unaware, though the pizzas we got all had red meat, and my mother is allergic to red meat, therefore the dinner we purchased was not able to be enjoyed and she had to scramble to make something for herself. I phoned the manager due to the ongoing curbside issues and she indicated "she has never before heard of curbside issues". I have talked to her on several different occasions, so this rubbed me the wrong way to not only dismiss our prior conversations but the ongoing issues. I will take my business elsewhere, to a store that can have orders ready at the times established, can ensure we leave with the right order, and has an honest manager that can handle the issues brought to her.
Update:
The owner has responded and I took the necessary measures they requested to initiate further correspondence. No further correspondence...
Read moreYeah, I guess this place works if you don't want to do delivery for some reason. The toppings were satisfactory and they do have a few different styles you won't find at your standard delivery. But the longest recommended cooking time is 18 minutes, which wasn't even close to getting the pizza done. I ended up transferring the pizza to a stone to get some level of crispiness and browning. I would have loved to have done that first, but the dough is premade and was adhered to the paper tray it came on. So it took over 30 minutes to get the pizza to where the crust was tolerable and at $15 each they were more expensive than delivery. So they were more expensive, took as long as delivery to cook, and the taste was decent. So for me they really were more work than they were worth. I could see myself going back here if I wanted to get one of their more unique flavors, but if I'm going to do carry out, I'd be more likely to go to another famous pizza...
Read moreOrdered online for curb side pickup, was to be ready 5:21. The reason for my curb side was I have Covid. Once I arrived it said to call and let them know I was there. Called 5 times no answer. I had to go in to the store which I do not mind, but having Covid I did not want to. I ask if they was answering the phone she said they did not have time they was busy. I said that doesn’t help with curb side. Pizza was not ready but it did not take them long. The girls was nice enough but this is a manager’s issue with scheduling and have the people there to work. Not for sure I would go back to this location again not just because this the parking is terrible...
