I almost hate to leave a review because I want to keep this a secret, but they deserve all the accolades I can give. We stopped by for their grand opening and couldn't have been more impressed. Most places are still working out bugs at the beginning, and if this is their starting point, they're going to be phenomenally successful. My wife and I just came back from Barcelona a couple of weeks ago for our honeymoon, and we were already missing it, so we went to Toro in San Antonio to get some tapas and tinto de verano. It sort of scratched the itch, but not quite with its bith over the top and somehow also underwhelming facsimile. Not bad, but not great. On the way home I was looking up things to do for the evening in NB and stumbled across this grand opening party, just blocks from home, and was inspired to stay in Spain... best decision I could have made. The didn't have Tinto de Verano, (basically red wine with a lemon soda) which my wife got addicted to in the spanish summer afternoons, but their bartender had soda, homemade lemonade and red wine, so he whipped up what the Spaniards drink as they scoff at tourists drinking Sangria. Also, they had 0.0 beer and Willie's remedy available for non alcoholic options, which I appreciate as I'm not drinking, but enjoy beer! All in all, they did an amazing thing here and we will be back often. I've worked in the industry and opened my own place before, so when I tell you they are on the right track, I know what...
