Rude customer service!! The woman in the front was just plain nasty! I believe she said her name is Vishna, (if that is her real name) tried to claim the manager wasn't there when I asked to speak to one and she couldn't refund my money. In the middle of ordering my food she turned around and started serving someone else and then started yelling orders at me. I decided to visit this restaurant since I attended the appetizer and dessert crawl, I will NEVER purchase food from here again. I asked for a refund before my food came out and the woman tried to ignore me and tell me it's not possible. Unacceptable and unprofessional, I will spread the word about my experience. Great food, great owner, not expensive, and all that. One thing, if you don't open until 10 pm, don't make that your official hours! Say I wish to get your food at 9:30 ish, which is way before the 10pm closing time you publish, and I walk into the store, only to be told that you're closed. What? How am I supposed to know when you actually close? This happened more than once, and it is frustrating. Now, I promise to come back and leave a 5-star review as you deserve if either you just say you close at 9:30 or even 9, OR, you actually open until 10 or 11 as you claim to. Anytime that there is a new cashier at this location, they feel as if they know more than the customer (myself) and treat me as if it is my first time and I am unaware of what to expect. I asked for my usual teriyaki chicken dish with no veggies and received more vegetables than I have ever gotten. I am not a fan of the cabbage blend that you use and I find that it makes the entire meal watery. This is exactly what happened tonight.
