If I could, I would give this place -5. Attendant rude and racist. Came in there. Waited under the “Order Here” sign like other people before me. As the line moved down, people started ordering under the “Pay Here” sign. I was standing after A Afro-American guy; and two young blonde Americans. They ordered under the “Pay Here” sign, when it was my time to order; the blonde older attendant that was getting the orders went to the other side, and said from the “order Here” spot, that I should order over there. Told her that I had waited there as the others she had attended before ignoring me. She just repeated “you must order from here”. Then, a young Afro-American came, and helped me. She was kind; the opposite of her co-worker. The blonde one is RUDE AND RACIST. If the ice cream were for me, I’ll wouldn’t have bought it. I’ll never go back to that...

I can't give a review of this place. I can only give a review of the employee who laughed at & made fun of my husband to the other co-worker. Stopped here on Sunday, 6/06/21 @ 6:00pm. My husband had trouble understanding what the male employee behind counter was saying. They only had cups & cones available. As I was explaining to my husband what was available, the employee started audibly laughing & walked away to continue laughing & talking about my husband to the other employee. You don't know what situation my family might be in. You don't know if someone might have a brain injury. Might be on the spectrum. Might be whatever. To blatantly laugh at & make fun of a customer (literally in front of them) is beyond reprehensible & I will make sure anyone I know will not go to...

The staff at this location were nothing short of amazing! Everyone were incredibly kind and helpful despite having a long line. Luckily they worked quickly and were incredibly professional and patient. After receiving my frozen lemonade I witnessed a woman yelling at the kind employee and being incredibly disrespectful which resulted in the customers husband pulling her away. It was just terrible the customer actions were deplorable and I feel embarrassed for her husband and children that were with her but the staff, two young boys and the manager an energetic a sweet black lady name Tasha I believe handled it very professionally and were still kind to all of the following customers. I give them a 10/10 for their customer service and their frozen...
