Worst service ever. This person sold us a rotten apple and we couldn’t return it. Their response was “yea, people have been complaining lately but there’s nothing we can do about it because it’s an apple.” Excuse me? Why even sell them then. The apple was mushy and tasted old and sour (not Apple sour, expired sour). The issue could’ve been fixed by getting my money back and definitely by keeping the additional information of people complaining lately AFTER I bought it. Angela long is the manager that didn’t respond when I reached out and Anahi is the cashier that was rude.

Heavenly and delicious, their Fudges are a must-try. They have wide varieties and flavours to try from. I'd recommend the Chocolate Caramel Fudge, which is basically a thick, solid block of chocolate. The Hot Fudge Sundae Ice Cream is amazing as well. If you're looking for shakes, try the Extraordinary Chocolate Fudge Chiller. The photos have half the menu, check it out.

We had a piece of fudge and a turtle. Total was $27. Way outside of my budget. The customer service was rotten. The lady didn’t smile and acted as if she was bothered. She even spoke to her coworker in less than a pleasurable manner. Her customer service or lack thereof added nothing to the experience. The turtle however was the best I’ve ever had.

The people were absolutely rude here. We went for ice cream cones and saw the price of one scoop was $4.99 which we did assume it came with a cone. She went to grab a waffle cone and I asked if the waffle cone was more, otherwise we just would like a cake cone. She said it came with a waffle cone, so I asked again, was it more for a waffle cone? So another lady came over and said she was there now so what did we need to know. So I asked if the waffle cone was the same price as the cake cone and she went off on this spiel about their waffle cones and they didn't have cake cones and it was another $1 for a waffle cone and otherwise you had to have it in a cup. From what I am writing it doesn't sound rude, but her attitude was extremely rude. My daughter wanted to walk away but the kids really wanted the ice cream so we bought it here. We should have gone to Haagen- Dazs and we could have gotten...

The ice cream at the fudgery is amazing! My husband and I both got the cookies and cream and it was very good. I knocked off two stars for the service we received. We came today (Wednesday 3/17 in the evening) and the man behind the counter seemed very agitated, annoyed and in a hurry. We came up I guess around the time he was going to take a break, so he became frustrated and rushed us to complete our order (even though I wasn’t done browsing the flavors). Then, a family came up behind us and this employee became frustrated and annoyed all over again. It seemed as if this employee needed to use the restroom, which I understand but is not an excuse for poor service. I would love to come back to the fudgery for the ice cream, but this service was displeasing to...

I only rate it as of five BECAUSE of one of the youngest staff members their. Jade was wity, friendly and a great multitasker. Although the lines was a bit long she apologize and made me and my family feel our time and business was extremely valuable. When i visit again I hope to see her for sixteen year old she's mature and my daughter is now motivated to seek employment. I laughed with her and said can I have your parents number because they've done a tremendous job with you. She politely said I cant because no offense technically your a stranger. The dessert were...
