This was a disheartening experience based on their mistake. 2 things: Ordered a half/half original Korean corn dog. It ended up being an entirely mozzarella dog. Took it back to show the half that should have had a hotdog in it and they said, “There’s nothing we can do about it.”

Here’s the thing. When you eat a half and half corn dog, you eat the top half (which should have been mozzarella, so good there because I’m eating this thing and thinking I got a half and half) then you get to the “bottom“ half (which should be a hotdog) and…more cheese.

Then I brought back the receipt. “Hey y’all, I didn’t get a half and half dog.” They asked me where the corn dog was so I got it and showed them. Now here’s the thing, the answer from the staff was and will continue to always be stupid. “There’s nothing we can do.” But in fact there is, I wanted a half and half, you didn’t provide it, no way to know unless I eat some of it, just get a new one fired up. Simple.

Instead, nothing. Angry vibes for them, and won’t recommend. Won’t come back, don’t care. But here I am waiting the review…

Taro was mid to low-tier but wasn’t messed up. So two stars. And I’m sorry y’all, service matters and they missed the mark by a lot. Super sad about this.

Only gone to this spot twice but everytime they have disappointed 😞. Either one drink is good and the 2nd one is trash. Or the food is greasy or raw. This location needs to close and stop pretending to know how to serve this type of beverage / food. Their no return/all sales final sign is a red flag meaning you have to either take it or leave it type attitude. I won't ever purchase anything from this establishment. This place has bad customer service. They do not care if the customer is satisfied. My friend brought a drink and did not like it all and they do not do exchanges or refunds. I know this must be their policy but if the customer is unsatisfied, then they won't get returning customers. The corn dogs and mochi donuts are mediocre at best.
