This is a small sushi place located within the outlet mall. As mentioned in other reviews, one person was doing nearly everything. When I went it was a woman who was taking and serving in-person and to-go orders, seating people, cleaning tables and getting drinks. That's a lot for anyone to expect of one person, but she did it without complaints and was pleasant though it all. The kitchen staff was extremely supportive and helped keep things going smoothly as well. And considering that they were regularly sending out food that looked delicious; they're worth commending as well. Can recommend the Tonkatsu, crunchy shrimp roll and salmon roll (not the actual names but what I can remember). Another plus is that you can customize any roll.

Located on the second floor of the Riverwalk Outlet Mall at the Port of New Orleans, this small stand does a great job putting out fresh sushi. You can choose both pre-made or made to order items. I chose the pre-made spicy crawfish roll and was not disappointed. I usually use soy sauce, ginger, and Wasabi with my rolls, but the spicy dressing and well seasoned Crawfish were perfect on their own. Don't let the location fool you. It offers a great alternative to the usual mall food people have become used to.

They have delicious maki rolls. Atmosphere is nice. It’s clean. Server and chef were friendly with a nice view of the Mississippi River. We had their green room roll, abbey road roll, and prima donna roll. Everything was phenomenal! Of note, if you don’t like rice, their rolls are super stuffed with rice. Also we didn’t see any sashimi options but might have just missed it.

My group ate here for one of our days a Pokemon NAIC and was looking forward to it after not eating all day but we was severely disappointed in out service and food. For starters we started our order at the self order register and had our order placed on it but it wouldn't read our card no matter how we tried to process it, even tried different cards just to see if there was something wrong with the chip. Nope. Nothing happened, so we got the attention of a employee and they said give them just a minute which was understandable they was making food. So we waited and waited then finally she got done with what she was doing. But here's the kicker. Instead of helping us with our order she went and took the order of the person behind us then took our order. Hmm what? Ok it's whatever. We had our food ordered and that was all that mattered because we was starving. We finally get our food after waiting atleast 20 minutes if not more. Our food was messed up. We had ordered extra pork belly in our ramen and didn't receive it. Our steamed edname was not the salty one we ordered but was spicey. The bowls our ramen came in was literally soaking up the broth of our ramen making them flimsy and on the verge of falling apart. The ramen had zero flavor. Zero. None. Zip. Nada. For what we paid for it it should of had a ton of flavor. The only thing that had flavor in our ramen was the egg. Instead of using ramen noodles, these were spaghetti noodles. This wasn't our first time ever eating ramen. We love Japanese foods of all sorts but this one takes the cake for the worst we've ever had. Other then the ramen being bad, the table and floors inside the store was filthy and in need of a...

From outside i thought "this looks like a tourist trap" as it turns out the food is pretty great (which is an understatement) A big menu can usually be the sign of variety at the cost of quality but the staff keep your drinks filled and the chef keeps your bouche amused For instance, the eel nigiri is not quite like the kind ive had in many other sushi places because the fishiness comes through because they add just enough sauce to be iconically sweet but still let that fire roasted fish taste come through and harmonize with the correctly textured rice The "hall of fame" dessert also looks as advertised! so the pictures don't lie! The beef tataki has a perfect color and is indicative of the restaurant's commitment to eye-catching plating too great place for tourists and gourmands alike...

Food was good. Kudos to the chef, but service from Manager was very nasty & rude, she shouldn’t be working in a customer service environment if she doesn’t like dealing with all types of customer. I purchased my food and decided to sit at the tables outside. The tables were empty at the time the so-called Manager ( blonde hair & bunch of tattoos) said, I couldn’t sit there because it was for dine-in customer only. I stated that even though I just purchased my food from here and there’s no one here. She said, Yeah”, then my sister and cousin order two separate orders, the manager put them both in the same box. WTH? She didn’t ask for it that way and they were staying at two different hotels. All around RUDE Customer Service even though the food was good. We would not go back because of...
