Rude employees who act as though doing their job is somehow their fault. Be prepared for ugly attitudes from surly faces, down-turned mouths that seldom if ever smile, and bad manners behind the counter as you try to get their absurd tap-to-pay to work with the Faraday Cage that is the building that houses this place.
Such incivility speaks to a mindset that is entitled and privileged: gimme a paycheck because I am me! Some employees in the service industries need to learn where their pay comes from--selling a product with a smile and a bit of compassion. The woman assumed I couldn’t speak English even though she saw me speaking English with my partner and our luggage became her business. My partner repeated bacon 4 times and I guess she couldn’t hear because she was too worried about what I was doing. Her whole demeanor changed when someone that looked like her walked in, she greeted him & gave him great customer service, I wish I could’ve said the same but unfortunately I was discriminated and I wonder how many other people she has mistreated that can’t speak up...
