Came last night to see a Copa America game, and we made a reservation for 8 people. When I arrived - I assumed the girl at the door was the hostess and asked about our table, but she directed me to another man. He had no idea of the reservations and passed me along to the waitresses, who individually bounced me around from table to table unsure where I was allowed to sit. Their ā€œreservation systemā€ was to write ā€œReservedā€ on a napkin with someone’s name, and everytime one waitress would sit me down, another would come behind her and say it was reserved. Basically no one had any idea what to do with a reservation, and just kept bumping me off a table to be safe despite me repeatedly saying I have a reservation so one of these should be for me. Thankfully there were two very helpful waitresses who tried to sort it out for me, and basically said - this one must be your table because it’s for 8 and has no name. (it was very clearly a table of 4 but at that point I was just tired of jumping around). My party was running late because it was raining, and by the time the last two got there, the bouncer had decided that it was at capacity despite the very obvious empty chairs all over (and empty floor space). When I tell you absolutely no one could help us get two people into a bar that had space, despite having two empty chairs. The waitress tried twice, we were trying to reason with him, and finally they called the ā€œmanagerā€, two men who I hadn’t seen the entire evening and who did absolutely nothing. We ended up giving up and leaving without paying for any of the drinks and food we had already ordered (mind you, we had been there 2 hours already and ordered ahead for our friends that were on the way). The worst part is that the restaurant staff didn’t even fight us on paying for the stuff, because they knew it was ridiculous. You could see the waitresses pissed off and pointing to the empty chairs at their tables for all the guests the bouncer wouldn’t let in because of ā€œcapacityā€. Shout out to those two specific waitresses (I didn’t get their names but they had black curly hair), who deserve promotions over those useless managers who were MIA on an obviously busy night, and then completely useless when they did appear. Do not recommend going here unless it’s an off day, because they have no...

This past Sunday I went to 3308 to have a drink with my friends. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but that’s not the option. Which sucks because the Dj was very good and kept up there for a little over 90 min. When the server came around we ordered our drinks and 2/3 drinks were incorrect. Not only that we had to wait an excessive time to get our drinks, there was no sense of urgency to serve us and the establishment was not busy. Our server name was Alexandra, She upcharged us for top shelf liquor that we didn’t order. She was rude and and argued that this what was requested(when my two friends don’t even drink VSOP). I don’t understand how specific you can get when you ask for a henny ginger ale. Also we were offered complimentary tacos on Sunday special I guess and our tacos were ate in the kitchen because we never received them. Shortly after speaking with management it was obvious that this is what this establishment tells their servers to upcharge if you don’t specify. They did not try to solve our issue, he made it seem like we were drunk only after 1 round of drinks and two shots. On the bottom of the receipt it states if your bill is over 100 they add automatic grat And I’m just gonna assume this is why they try to sell their top shelf to get to the point quicker. As a bartender I understand we are there to make our business money and ourselves but this is absolutely unacceptable. It was never about the money just principal. Will never return to that...

I have been to 3308 Eats N Drinks many many times before the pandemic and today was the first time back since then. As a party of three we walked in and it was dead inside something we rarely saw before on a Thursday night. We sat at the bar and proceeded to ordering, The drinks were decent but extremely over priced (Ask before you order or order at your own risk) food was alright to be honest their french fries were the best thing we had there. We ordered their wings and they were dried and not really good like before. I believe they have changed management because the people that use to work there were no longer there it was all new faces. Not saying the new faces were bad they were very friendly and nice but my god when it came to closing out and paying we got a shocking bill. That's why I am advising for you to ask before you order. Beware that even though you sit at the bar the bartenders will automatically add a gratuity to your closing bill. An alright place not worth the money. You can go to other much better and affordable bar/restaurant places in Astoria. At the bottom of the receipt it states that a 20% GRATUITY FEE will apply for a party of 5 or more and mind you it was only 3 of us at the bar not even at a table. Not cool 3308 Eats N Drink you’ve guys have become a...

The music and vibe at this place were great, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff came across as dismissive, and it felt like they didn’t care much, probably because gratuity is automatically included. One major issue is the lack of transparency when it comes to billing. Gratuity is supposed to be added only to checks over $100, yet ours was under that and still had gratuity included without it being mentioned. On top of that, there were multiple extra charges, including a service fee, even though I paid in cash. That felt like a total scam. We ordered two Don Julio Blanco sodas and were charged $44( $22 per drink) what!!!. I don’t mind paying a premium when it’s for a thoughtfully crafted cocktail, but this was just a basic tequila soda, and the quality was poor & soda was flat . To make things worse, we were told we had to buy a bottle just to sit down, even though the place was empty. Expecting guests to finish a full bottle between two people just to get a table doesn’t make any sense. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. It’s overpriced, not guest-friendly, and lacks transparency. There are definitely better places out there that value their customers more. Try Rabbit hole, or other joints around the area!
