I rarely hand out 5 stars to chains, but this spot was something else. It ended up being the only café open early during the holiday morning when just about everything else was closed. I walked in pretty clueless since it's been years since I last visited a Blue Bottle back in Korea, and the menu here wasn't exactly beginner-friendly either. Luckily, the staff made it easy. Super kind and patient walking me through the options, even offered a quick sample of one of the drinks I was curious about. That small gesture alone made the experience feel a lot more personal. Coffee itself? Way better than I remembered. Smooth, balanced, and just the right kind of bold. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing behind the counter. The space also had that calm vibe perfect for zoning out before starting the day. Grabbed a bite, sipped my drink, and got to recharge before jumping into the city again. Glad I found this place. I’ll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

I recently visited this coffee shop and was so impressed by the experience! The cappuccino and latte were fantastic — truly some of the best coffee I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I want to give a special shoutout to Jan, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. I had an issue with my card, and she not only helped me with my order but actually paid on our behalf, refusing any reimbursement. I’ve never encountered such kindness and generosity from someone I had just met. Thank you, Jan, for your genuine hospitality and for turning a small moment into something truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

Went there cause it was the only coffee place around. I guess because they are so busy they don’t really care about customers. My coffee order a cappuccino and a fizz soda took over 20 minutes for it to be made. The attitude of the staff probably cause they are so busy they have a tendency to roll their eyes when asked about the order and saying …”we ll call you when ready…(eye roll) “ as we sat down the place is packed next to us the staff had a table. Keep in mind customers are just standing waiting for tables. A pink haired staff girl yells very loudly across the table area “we are closing the seating 6pm make sure to leave” and went back to scrolling though her phone as perhaps she was on a break or something. Her colleague was nearly sleeping on the table and yet many customers are waiting to sit. My aunts who are in their 80s were surprised at how rude customer service was and how long it took for two drinks to be made Thankfully I don’t have to go there ever again but because they are in a busy location they ll always be busy and staff can always act...

I visited here around 5:30pm last Saturday, and have unpleasant experience. While I was waiting for my coffee, I figured out the customer who ordered after me received his coffee. So I asked to the barista when my coffee will come. She asked the name I told for the order, check the order, and put the coffee cup down aggressively in front of me and said “here’s yours”. The coffee splashed a bit on the table. I was at a loss for words for a while and asked “Are you mad?” So she said “No, it was not offensive” and pretended focusing on her work. I don’t understand why I was treated in that way by paying for the pricy coffee. You guys should train the barista how to...
