Breads Bakery — Restaurant in New York

Thought I’d take a cup of morning latte as I was 20 minutes early for my medical appointment in NYU Langone, and Breads Bakery had no line with three employees standing. Was three minutes late for my appointment. Very slow and very confused service as they made coffees for clients who came after me first. Someone who had been waiting before me on his order left his used coffee. The staff did not even notice he had left and were repeat calling out for someone to pick up the iced coffee giving it more attention than the other clients waiting for their coffee to be made.
