I Arrived at this Burger King’s drivethru window this afternoon. To my displeasure, I encountered horrible customer service and complete incompetence with a grand touch of negligence. The girl at the drivethru was extremely rude (no “Welcome to Burger King. How my I serve you today.”) She improperly placed drink lids on cups causing a spill inside my new car. The floor mats took the brunt of the spill, although some of the carpet did get soaked. The manager was rude and couldn’t care less. All he stated was “I’m sorry, I’m just as angry at the employees as you” and gave me some napkins to clean up. Yes, he repeatedly stated how sorry he was rolling his eyes sarcastically. He failed to return my receipt. I was truly enraged! I had to take a deep breath and control my reaction. He offered to take the meal away from me and Refund the money? Really? No compensation for damages? This Burger King is horrible. I’m considering legal options to compensate for my damages if the company fails to comply. The compensation is under $100 at most. This isn’t about the money, it’s about pure arrogance on their part. People like that need to be knocked down a peg. Their not entitled to a job! They must earn it and respect others. My ultimate goal is to have these employees fired to avoid the same incident from happening again in the future to another unsuspecting customer. These employees have demonstrated total disregard for customer care. Unfortunately employees with such empty headed short sited minds as these can’t be trained to respect others. All I expected from them was empathy and sincerity with a good old fashioned apology. How about the manager providing good business practices by offering the meal on the house? The matter probably would be dropped. I will not allow myself to be degraded by anyone. I believe in fairness and honesty. Always right a wrong, shake hands then both parties walk away...
Read moreI ordered an Croissan'wich breakfast sandwiche and a Egg-normous Burrito then decided to get the Sourdough Bacon Breakfast King as it was a promo and wanted to try it out. I confirmed my order with the cashier 2x and even after I paid I looked at the receipt and I saw I was overcharged and didn't get the promo that was on display so I inquired again a third time.
The cashier then tells me that I am charged almost $10 for the breakfast promo because I asked for coffee as my drink and that is a dollar extra when the promo price on the display was $7 for the meal. What breakfast combo doesn't come with coffee or juice?
The food arrived and I checked the order a 4th time and it was completely wrong. I was handed a Sourdough King and Fries, not the breakfast sandwich I ordered nor the hash browns.
I told her it was wrong and she gave me an attitude and brushed me off and instead used her headset to call a manager over. He refunded me the whole order and then charged me again for the two sandwiches they got right. I paid and left disappointed.

Maybe friendly courteous service was too much to ask for after an 11.5 hour shift at my job. Was so looking forward to some food. Pulled up to drive thru. 3 mins and no hello. 2 mins later (5mins total) I pull up to the second window to place an order. Gentleman with attitude told me that I have to place an order at the first window. Explained that I been there 5 mins without a hello and he stated they are extremely busy. Mind you a "welcome to burger King please give us a few minutes" would have made me feel atleast like I was progressing to an order. I reversed to the first window. Waited over another minute and no acknowledgement. I parked and went inside only to see that extremely busy meant two people placing an order. Guy saw me and went to the back. I placed an order regardless but only because I was really hungry. Place is 3 mins from my job. Probably will give it one more time. Good thing I'm not going on...
