Cassiano's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

First and for most I had to choose 1 star in order to leave a review if not they would have gotten -5. I have given this establishment several opportunities only because there aren't many options in my neighborhood for pizzerias that are open late. I usually don't post reviews but, when it comes to this place every time I visit this place I've had a bad experience. I went in this evening to order a chicken parm hero for my son and I noticed as I placed my order to the cook and requested for the cheese to be well done he seemed rather annoyed right off the back. Didn't make no eye contact with me and didn't even acknowledge my request. I sat down with my 9 yr old son and waited for my order and after 15 min I noticed that there was an order just sitting on the counter. I asked the older gentleman at the counter who took my payment "If my order was ready". Once again I once greeted with no verbal communication and was just given a hand gesture pointing to the counter where the bag was sitting. Not sure what's wrong with this establishment but, it seems as if no one there is happy or wants to do their job. By the way the food is below average. I won't be visiting this place again and I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ...

Ive been going to cassiano's lately and now feel good enough to post this review today i tried the shrimp caesar wrap and it was so good the shrimp was nicely grilled lettuce nice and crisp and the wrap was not dripping in dressing! the fries are amazing as well fresh and crisp and the doughnut light airy and fluffy, my grandma / nonna slice was so good i forgot to snap it before i ate it so just imagine a perfectly crisp perfectly sauced fresh slice and you're there! lastly the customer service here is very good too! they're efficient , and the piece de resistance , and they have the 12 oz tall boy diet cokes! dont come running in here and buying them all up now please! I was stuck in traffic for over 5 hrs on 11/16/18 due to the unexpected snow. I was across the street from Cassiano's for over an hour, 8 months pregnant with gestational diabetes, alone and hungry. I called for a delivery and I explained my predicament. The gentleman that answered was sympathetic and took my number in case I moved by the time my order was done. When he called me back ... I was still in the same spot and was able to accept delivery of a delicious crispy chicken caesar wrap and a much needed bottle of water. Thank you guys for helping.
