Chopt Creative Salad Co. — Restaurant in New York

I can’t say enough good things about this CHOPT location! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for when you’re looking for a quick and healthy, satisfying meal. The warm bowls are always served warm (not lukewarm!), and it’s clear that care is taken with every order.

A special shout-out to Grisel, who is truly exceptional. She’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly takes immense pride in running the store. The professionalism she brings sets the tone for the location, and you can feel her attention to detail in how clean, efficient, and well-run everything is. CHOPT and its customers are luck to have her!

I had such a fantastic experience at Chopt! The food was, as always, fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. But what really stood out to me was the customer service, especially from the manager, Grisell. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. Grisell was warm, attentive, and professional! She truly made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare these days to find a manager who takes so much pride in both the food and the guest experience, but Grisell absolutely does. Based on my experience:

-Do not order avocado. It was over $2 and my wrap contained ONE slice of avocado. Instead just drop by Gracefully next store and buy a whole avocado for the same price carrot is cubed, not sticks like in the image of order wrap was not wrapped tightly and fell apart they should finely chop items so they fit in the wrap. Example- carrots cubed and tomatos halves the wrap itself tasted very artificial.

It was a poor experience for a $20 wrap at lunch. I’d save money just buying the ingredients at the shop next store or spend nearly half...
