TLDR: Really wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Amazing staff and delicious salad.

I am 8 months pregnant and needed to know that they could make my steak well done if needed, and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by a very sweet gentleman, and when I asked him, he double checked with the people who make the salads, and asked my name so he could monitor. The really nice girl behind the counter even asked me to look at it before they finished to make sure it was done enough. She even gave me a cookie “for the baby.” I’ll definitely be back soon.

Glad to have a Chopt in this location but the employees in this location are disappointing. They got my order wrong, offered to remake, I replied only if it’s fast, and they said yes it’ll be quick. Then I proceeded to wait and watch my order sit there while many others were filled. I approached the counter saying I could take the original order and got berated for rushing them when I asked for a remake. It felt rude when I was trying to be polite as a customer. I was willing to take my original wrong order for speed. The lady at the counter clearly was having a bad day. The manager came to apologize but it felt inadequate. I will not be going back, and do not recommend...

We were at the hospital for regular doctor appointments and decided to try Chopt nearby for lunch. You have to order from a very large computer screen as you enter and pay on the machine. Then when your order is ready, they call your name for pickup. We ordered one salmon miso ginger bowl and one chicken inga bowl. Both were warm bowls. The salmon was a nice size fish but the chicken dish had very little chicken. Both seemed to have too much warm grains and not enough salad and chicken.
