Classic Car Club Manhattan — Restaurant in New York

This a review on the food and service for dinner. The apps and most of the mains were good, but one dish was horrible: sushi bowl. The rice in it was almost uncooked for 3 of our orders. When we told the server, he said it was supposed to be like that because it's couscous...smh. We told him we aren't going to eat a bowl of rocks. They replaced it with another order and the rest of the other food was good, but the servers were just really inattentive the whole night. No water refills, no checking up on if we wanted more drinks, etc.

To top it off, there was a guy smoking cigars all night in the outside dining area and they just let it happen despite people complaining.

I would definitely not join this place and discourage my friends from continuing with them. Imagine how their actual car service is if they can't handle food...

A little challenging to get too when arriving via the Hudson Yards subway station because they need to have an additional sign on the east side of the street to tell patrons where to cross because of the infrequency of crosswalks. Otherwise, it is a nice airy establishment with classic cars around the interior perimeter. I didn't try the food but it looked delicious and the wait staff really hustled to try to serve everyone. Best to sign up for their app/ordering system in advance of arrival to simplify ordering when you arrive. (I suppose there should be a reference for how to do this on their website.). Sunset views were excellent and the adjacent terrace overlooking the Hudson River had several tables with umbrellas to protect against the sun. There was also a large indoor bar. Classic Car Club Manhattan is truly one of a kind. Their cars are absolutely stunning, but what really sets them apart is the extraordinary way they bring creativity into everything they do — from events to communication. Every time I visit, I meet fascinating people and leave feeling inspired.
