NYC Boat Charters — Attraction in New York

Horrible experience. They sold us tickets in The Battery park and told us a bus would've taken us to the pier 78 in 5 minutes, but it took almost 30min to get there. Then the cruise was supposed to start at 5pm but it started 10min late. They took off and after 5min in the sea, the cruise went back to the pier, apparently to pick up somebody else, so we had to wait for 1hour while everyone was loosing the patience and members of the staff were yelling at us, and others asking for a refund. 2. They will make you walk for so long.

Our waitress didn't bother ever coming back after coming to our table initially. As a party of 7, we were going to all order drinks but we couldn't even do that.
