Worst experience with this location. I used the giant tablet to placed the order because there was only 1 person working there and he was busy making drinks. I choose whatever I want and made the payment , I got the message from my bank that it was approved but the machine was freeze and didn’t give me a receipt or a confirmation so I called the guy and he said he didn’t received the order so I have to call my bank because he said he can’t do anything about it. I was there for more than 1 hour trying to get my money back because he didn’t want to give me the order either even though I showed him the approved payment from my bank. The manager came and I have to explain to her the situation and she didn’t even apologize for the problem with the machine and after arguing (screaming)with her finally I got my money back.NEVER COME BACK TO THIS...

What actually came back was a original bubble tea without any toppings. Asked the server and he said that's just how they make it, with a pump of rose flavor. I walked away disappointed but hoping it would at least tastes good. Tried it then realized there was no flavoring and it was just a original bubble tea. Now I am angry. Went back to ask for what it was advertised or get a refund. The guy just said they can't do either and no manager was around. Both self service kiosks are not working today, instead of putting a sign that says out of order. I watch the staff willingly stand around letting multiple customers order theirs drinks only to end up with a "store closed" error. They also refused to honor the bogo deal and said "I can only get the discount if I order on the kiosk" ... but your kiosk doesn't work?
