come for the coffee but stay for rich marhsmallow-y hot chocolate. tiny cafe with a few seating options--bright & clean, organized, and a warm vibe. a carefully coffee menu with specific roasts / beans and it shows in the Expresso that i received--strong deep-flavored shot of concentrated brew to warm the winter lows of a long day. while the coffee i had was very good. the real standout is the Mexican hot chocolate--made from scratch (no packets) just spicy flavorful chocolate, heated milk, and fluffy artisanal marshmallows. the richness and warmth of the drink will ward off any frozen vibes with ease. the hot chocolate is very much for sipping, enjoyment, and taking a moment for yourself to be in the moment of quality ingredients adding up and invoking a greater sum of experience by way of a potable. service is friendly and knowledgeable by the owner / operator. neighborhood charm is alive and...

Does Cosmic Cat Cafe allow dogs? Yes, they seem to have a lot of regulars that enter for treats.

I had the best cortado in NYC at Cosmic Cat Cafe. The coffee shop is very clean and warm. I was welcomed by a barista who was warm and friendly.

I ordered a cortado with oat milk. I could taste the boldness of espresso along with subtle notes of the beans, and the steamed milk smoothed and balanced the flavors so well. I thoroughly enjoyed each sip.

I didn’t get the barista’s name but they were the only worker at around 8:45am on Friday 6/14. A regular named Midnight walked in and enjoyed some treats given by the barista, which was a very sweet sight to see.

If you’re looking for good coffee in NYC, this...

Stumbled by this cozy coffee shop as I was walking around and stopped in as I saw it had great reviews. Cosmic Cat is a small warm cafe with minimal seating and very eclectic vibe inside with its decor. There was one barista making drinks who was super friendly.

I ordered just a cappuccino to try their espresso beans. My drink was good, the milk to coffee ratio felt balanced and went down smoothly. If I had one thing to pick apart, it would be that perhaps my milk was over steamed a bit as the drink came out extremely hot and burned my mouth, but after waiting a few minutes outside in the cold it was drinkable. Other than that seems like a solid...
