My recent dining experience at Delizia 73 was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked into the dining room, the warm, dimly lit ambiance with rustic decor immediately transported us to a charming Italian town – perfect for a romantic evening. The staff were incredibly attentive without being overbearing, making us feel welcomed and ensuring our glasses were never empty. Our server provided excellent recommendations, mentioning their special of the day dishes, penne alla vodka and veal marsala, which were absolutely divine. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the classic tiramisu for dessert was the best I've ever had, with a perfect texture and rich coffee taste. This restaurant offers a complete, delightful culinary experience, and I can't wait to return to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic Italian flavors and a wonderful atmosphere!… Their pizza and garlic rolls are...

I feel like I'm pretty scrupulous when it comes to LOVING an Italian restaurant, especially in NYC, so when I say this place is delicious, I mean it.

First of all- have you met the owner? He treats everyone that comes in like a friend. And "Frankly", they probably are since it's worth coming back day after day.

The front is a take out or sit down pizza joint, which serves crispy, fresh pizza daily. Always seems to be enough seats for everyone somehow. The line is quick and efficient.

Speaking of efficient- he has nest thermostats and the location uses 100% renewable energy so it's an awesome local business to support to reduce your carbon footprint!

The back area is a lovely sit down quieter area. Full menu available- I'm a fan of any Antipasti and love theirs, but if there is anything you don't want to miss, it's the Linguine Pescatore. Filling, delicious, amazing. This is a such an awesome...

I don't know how this place has such good reviews on Google maps. I placed an order for take out. I got a mozzarella and basil pizza. It was horrible, the basil was burnt to a crisp, the sauce had no flavor, the cheese even less. I asked for garlic on the pie which cost $4 and the garlic wasn't even fresh! It was jar/canned garlic! Garlic knots were decent but they didn't even have garlic on them, probably had fake garlic also. Got clams, not pictured because when I opened the container a foul chemical order came out. I am not even going to try that and I love seafood. For dessert, I got a Nutella pie. The crust was harder than the cardboard it came in. I tried to bite it but I couldn't get through the dough. I am so upset. This was almost $65 and it is all going in the trash. What a...

The house wine was great as well as the calamaris, but for the rest: horrible! We ordered bean with spinach, too strong the spinach and nothing to balance it (at least our personal taste) and the main plates felt like they missed TLC (Tender, Lovin' Care). A fettucini alfredo that looked like something I could make at home with Prego Alfredo sauce and pasta (the sauce didn't have any additional condiments; just the sauce and pasta), and a fettucini portobello that didn't have ANY taste. We decided to take it home (so it wouldn't spoil) and remake the pasta. In the pictures is what I got as take-home and what I remade the dish to (with much more flavor).

Don’t phone in an order for a pick up if you’re ordering a pizza slice. You’ll be disappointed with what you get. You are better off going there in person and selecting the pizza slices on your own. Ordered a grandma and a vodka slice. As you can see in the picture it looks nothing like a vodka slice but a plain and it tasted like a plain; I was duped. Both were thin and cold. Not worth the $4 each that they charged. Now I remember why I stopped going here. Go elsewhere.
