Deploy Coffee is hands down the best coffee in you can get in New York, and I could not be happier that they have now opened a shop! Deploy uses high quality Onyx coffee beans, making their drinks truly stand out. My favorite drink is the iced mocha—it's rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, but not overly sweet. Since the shop opened, I’ve been coming in a few times a week to unwind, whether it’s relaxing on their couch to read a book, or catching up with friends - Deploy Coffee is the place to go!

Their pastries are artisanal, these buttery croissants are far superior to the commercial crap floating around at other shops. Barista was kind and made an excellent and beautiful cappuccino, we will return.

Like with most dairy-free matcha lattes I get in this city, I initially balked at the $9 price tag ($6 matcha latte+$3 for oat milk). However, I can confirm that I was no longer mad after my second sip — which rarely happens with $9 lattes in this city. The matcha they use is very vivid green (ie.
