If you stop by this Canal St. Store ask for Brain. Brain is the Best this store has to offer. I worked in the neighborhood for 15 and a half years and spent many hours in this store. I've seen a lot of staff come and go from this store. I no longer work in the area but I still come back for Brian. Brian is knowledgeable, patient, and Polite, and he's been there for years. My mistake: I was so excited about the Note 10 plus I ran to the store on the weekend. I had a horrible shopping experience with one sales representative I shall leave nameless. I purchased 2 Samsung note 10 plus and accessories. This rep played around with the Note 10 plus with out having any real knowledge of how to set it up. A whole waste of time. I called for the manager. The manager took over entered me in to that At&tv. I got billed while sitting there and didn't realize what was going on. I had already mentioned that I had the direct tv on my phone and dont want it, dont watch it, and already get billed for that. This turned into a whole mess. The first nameless rep put a new code on my new phone without telling me. And he had since left the store while I was trying to get the assistance of the manager. I was kicking myself for not originally coming back while Brian was in. I returned to the store for Brian's help the following week. Brian set up both my devices effortlessly. While I was with Brian I purchased a Samsung View 2 tablet. At the time the View 2 wasn't advertised in the store. That's what I mean by good Saleman. Brian has never missed informed me or bamboozled me in to contracts that others have done and still try to do. I love how he's straight forward and honest. And I especially love that he knows me as his customer. The Samsung View 2 was an excellent purchase. Best tablet I've ever owned. Much better than the original view. Brian O'Connor (Retail Sales Consultant) and Perry Kwan (Retail Sales Manager) answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and really went above and beyond when it came to the level of customer service I received. For this reason, I am happily terminating my Verizon Wireless account (I asked them about turning in my Note 3 for a new iPhone 6 plus and they did not offer any incentives - even though I am technically still a customer - no flexibility on pricing, etc.). They didn't even try to assist me but instead just quoted the exorbitant price I would have had to pay for a new phone.
